Hi ...you don't need to boil the lasagne sheets. You can layer them as is in the baking pan. Since it is covered in sauce (moisture)...it gets cooked well while baking itself. Tried n tested!

Everything was amazing. Your suit, your simplicity in your expressions, genuine reply of prashant sir on every question.And of course the cooking. Mind blowing. Your videos help to organise our kitchen and home. Your videos r like dessert of lunch. I never miss it.
U can use the lasagna sheets without boiling also.just place them directly in the baking pan and make sure u cover it with ur sauce at the bottom for the bottom layer and on top layer before u put cheese on top. Apart from that layering u can do normally like veggies and sauce alternatively and cover it with aluminium foil and bake it. This will save more of ur time

For patty sheets, look for Puff pastry sheets. They are available in Modern bazaar, ELT and many other stores. You can also order them on big basket i think.

Hi Reema G! Love from Pakistan❤️❤️ you are a very good cook infact a brilliant cook . But as u are making lasagnia frost time so I will share one technique with you lasagnia strips are always hard you just have to add water in a pan with two drops of oil when water comes to boil put the strips in that water as per needed and boil them till they get very soft and then stir them with cold water so that they don’t stick with each other .
One lil cooking tip from my side Reema ji:- to sauté veggies always put hardest vegetables first then take soft ones, like on high to medium flame add oil then beans carrot Cauliflower onion capsicum Broccoli.. this way crunch will be there & veggies got lil soft..
This is as per my research & according to some famous chefs... u seems a dedicated cook like me so I feel to share it with u

Yu both are relatable and prashant sir is so genuine and practical and your vlogs are different always that's the best part and by the way how have you organized your upper cabinets in the kitchen and other rooms and yu had asked for a suggestion you can number the cabinets and put a list in the inside of the door cabinets and save in phone so when yu were searching for your steamer when prashant sir was not well you would have got it just a suggestion
