  • We are in one of Midtown's most famous buildings, 432 Park Avenue, with New York-based interior designer Bill McIntosh. His client needed a stylish pied-a-terre in the city but wanted to avoid a complete renovation. See how Bill's subtle decor choices created a smart, stylish, and sophisticated city retreat.

    Genius. If I could ever afford it I'd want this guy to design my house. He takes things to the next level and isn't a slave to luxury fashion.

    Nice video, nice delivery. But these pencil-thin towers are a disaster. Creaking, leaking, swaying -- avoid. Look up "432 Park" and "creaking" and educate yourself.

    Massive floods and electrical issues in this building. Residents complain of loud creaking noises during high winds. But that is a extraordinary beautiful apartment.

    I just saw something about how the building these apartments are in have big structural design flaws? The wind gets so bad that it damaged pipes causing water damage. That's in the apartments and things like the elevator. Paying 41-91 million doesnt seem worth it if I have to walk up 60 floors to my water damaged apartment. Yes it is beautiful but is it worth the potential life threatening risk?

    This skyscraper has the most beautiful condos in the world, I fell in love from the first time I saw it, I was always a fan of New York City, I love it. And it makes me very sad to think that I am more likely to be struck by lightning 10 times in a day than to have a chance to live there.

    Pied-à-terre means small apartment close from the main residence . Please stop using French words to sound more exclusive.

    • @msbhv_jin
      @msbhv_jin Před 3 lety

      Not close to main residence necessarily. It means some distance from main residence. Usually like a condo or small unit, such as the one in this video.
