My journey
starts from Ulhasnagar. The distance from ULHASANAGAR TO BHIMASHANKAR JYOTIRLING is 190km (it took me 6 hours to reach there with breaks) If you want to have darshan early then you will have to start your journey early in the morning. I had left the place at 5 am in the morning or had reached after 11 o'clock, my darshan was done within 30 minutes. Saturday, Sunday, Monday are the most crowded in the temple so you can go to the temple early morning for early darshan or you can get early darshan by taking a VIP pass of ₹ 500. It is very relaxing and beautiful to ride in Malshej Ghat in the morning. You also have to go to the mountain, valley or village in the morning which feels very nice. This is the cold season, you must take warm clothes with you, after seeing the darshan, you must take prasad (sweets) from the shops, it is very tasty.
