    I've been looking for jewelry to make for my hearing aids and I think I might try this if I can find a way to attach it!

    This looks so pretty, now I want to do this on my own :) I really like your pattern and the pearl at the top!
    Maybe it would work even better if the thin wire is even thinner than the one you used, I think it would make it easier to wrap it around

    Just some constructive criticism - whilst I lurve the bird and branches, a blank background will help with the focus of your camera :)
    Beautiful work!

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 8 lety +2

      +Cat's Chaos Thanks! Unfortunately I can't change that wall, but I have been trying to find a background to prop up. I have filmed in another room as well, but it seems like even then my camera will still focus on the blank white wall in the background and lose focus from time to time.

    • @catschaos833
      @catschaos833 Před 8 lety +1

      +OxanaCrafts No, definitely don't cover up that wall, it's far too pwitty! ❤

    Thanks for sharing, do one have to wear two? Can they be adjustable to fit ears that have not been measured?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 8 lety

      +Ava Monroe I am not sure if most people wear 1 or two. I wear both usually, but I wear them when i dress up like for Halloween and such. Not sure, i have not made ones for others only for myself

    So far this is the prettiest one I have seen but how long was the wires what's the measurements 😊

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 2 lety

      Everyone's ear vary in size, but if you cut that first piece of wire to be about 12 inches that will most likely be adequate

    Where did you find your inspiration? Are these your original?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 3 lety +1

      I'm sure I wasn't the first person to try to make elf ears out of wire, but the design itself is my original yes, I created it 5 years ago

  • @illu4071

    I’m confused how these fit on your ear, is there a photo of someone wearing the ears for reference?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 3 lety

      The wire going on both sides of the ear holds it in place, especially on the earlobe.

  • @juliabear2322
    @juliabear2322 Před 8 lety

    how long of a piece of wire do you start with?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 8 lety

      I held mine up to my ear and bent it around it and got the shape before I cut my wire. Everyone's ears are different, but if you need to start with a pre-cut piece of wire I would say about 10 should be good.
