I just lost my wife from complications caused by rocky mountain spotted fever. While fighting cancer. The doctors missed the diagnosis and she lost her ability to swallow food and digest it. She went from 153 lbs to 74 before she passed. It was an awful thing to watch her slowly starve to death. We were together 42 years she was my angel and I feel like I failed her due to not being able to get her the needed help that could have stopped this awful sickness. Weve had four people come down with this sickness and now theres only one still living. But, she is on a ventilator.
It has been the most painful sickness that I've ever witnessed, and all I could do was cry and pray because the doctors didnt know how to counteract this dabilitating torture.
I am sorry for the loss of your wife.
I just found your channel a little while back and since my wifes death two months ago I havent been watching much youtube, I've just been so rocked by losing her that I dont care about much.
Again, I'm so sorry for your loss.
My wife and my boys were my world. Thank the good Lord i still have my sons. They are both grown but they live close. But this house is not a home without her just a house. Empty and void like my heart.
God bless you and strengthen you each and every day.

I almost died from Rocky Mountain Spotted fever back in 2018. Took the doctors 3 months to diagnose me, and a lot of damage was done by that point. It was the worst thing I've ever been through. I could barely function the first year after the illness. Since then, I've regained a lot of my health, but still have occasional flare-ups. I am bioweapon alpha-gal infected. Happened in 2008.
I got out of the shower after clearing brush and found tick very recently planted in center front of thigh. It had a bright red circle about an inch out around it. Drs office said fine unless bloodshot eye lines turn up. Save the tick.
There began my medical mystery of malpractice. I began having horrible gastric reactions to the simple act of eating. I thought for sure it was my gallbladder. But by the 3 days rolled around to get a test (small town) I'd have quit eating bc so painful and gallbladder would test clear.
They kept calling it IBS but I protested bc the location was always at my GB and Liver area. We dis the scope and the oscopy which rendered no concerns for cancer but showed evidence of lining irritation supporting their IBS theory.
I had deduced by this time that it was only an issue when I ate animal flesh. This includes cheese or egg. Even my new amounts say in a cake batter. So I became a forced vegan.
I became so tired of the lifestyle and feeling starved for protein all the time. So I decided to get another gallbladder test and this time I ate some animals protein before the test. Sure enough my gallbladder was functioning at 30% and I qualified for extraction. I was hoping this would be my fix
But upon my two week follow up with the surgeon, he asked me well how is it eating meat again? I told him I didn't know I was allowed to yet. I proceeded to go to the county fair and have one corn dog which I had missed so much.
That corn dog sent me to the emergency room twice the following Sunday. My liver was in a full seizure and solid as a rock. They had no clue what was going on with me and I thought for sure I was seeing the face of death. They sent me home with Belladonna a hardcore anti-spasmodic. I was terrified to take too much because I really wondered if I was going to wake up. From there on I remained vegan.
When my seasonal allergies began to rage and I found yet a third allergist for a third round of desensitization, he did a blood test on me for food allergies. He was amazed at all the animal products I was allergic to. I had just read an article in USA today about the rise of tick born blood disease alpha-gal in America. I asked the doctor if that was a possibility. He said his simple test would tell us.
Do you know I had 700 times more alpha gal than what it was supposed to have in my blood? A simple blood test.
The allergist helped me to slowly desensitize first to dairy and then egg. I then moved on to desensitize to poultry. My first red meat at his suggestion was lamb. All of this was in very small portions that I graduated up carefully.
I had to choose the days to do it because it was good likelihood I would go green and get sick. But over the series of about 6 months I was able to decensitize to everything except pork. He had already told me don't even try pork. Matter of fact he wanted me to carry an EpiPen for pork.
And so this now is my life. I have to be the freak at the restaurant worried about cross-contamination. You wouldn't believe the number of things that have pork in it to include over the counter pharmaceuticals. I knew 90 seconds after I took a Mucinex said it was forcing derived and had my night ruined.
This is serious stuff folks! My friend lost her one and only child age 21 after hiking trip where he got spotted Rocky Mountain fever. The main reason he died was the lack of education of the medical system. By the time it was discovered he was septic and basically gone
I look forward to learning what you have in the rest of this video as I'm only 6 minutes deep. Just thought I would share my story to back you up Zack. Alpha-gal is real! I was blessed to be able to desensitize and eat what I can now. Some people never can. And if I get bit again I have a risk of being stuck as a vegan for the rest of my life. So I definitely am going to get me some guineas!

@pamvancleave6722 it's a variation of Lyme disease, it causes the body to reject red meat, and in severe cases all animal protein. You literally become allergic. I'll definitely have to look into some guineas for the property! I actually had debilitating Lyme Disease (and several nasty co-infections) for about 10 years. I wasn't able to digest meat, either, which I hear is common with Lyme (I've not heard of Alpha Gal before...?) But praise Yah!, He lead me through an incredible healing journey over the last several years, and I have been completely healed from all diseases! 🙌 (still haven't added meat back into my diet yet, but feel like I should start slowly incorporating it now that I'm healed). One of the things I added to my wellness protocol the last few years of my healing journey was ValAsta Astaxanthin, which I first heard about in an interview you did with Paul Nison a few years ago! Dr. Roberts has a clinic in Joplin Missouri and he said something interesting to me one time. he said that a lot of people have “alpha galactose” in their blood. A lot of people have been contaminated by it already… It’s just that their systems aren’t inflamed enough for them to go seek out testing. It made a lot of sense to me because my husband gets bit 1000 times more than I do in a year, And he shows no signs of mammal reactions. But he has a very strong resilient immune system as well. And I don’t. The whole idea that you can rebuild your immune system gives me hope that I can resume and more regular lifestyle someday.

Thank you so for the the info on astaxanthin. I take it for my eyes, but my husband recently was bitten by a tick , which was dead and stuck. Ended up with a rash around it. Putting him on it today. No symptoms, been 3 weeks, but have had him on neem for fungal pneumonia that finally was diagnosed this week. Long story...but thank you so much for this wonderful video, am sharing far and wide. Up here in Maine, we call "AlphaGal" Lone Star, or Lone Star Lyme. I had it, because those ticks are up here too,and it's no joke. I got rid of it with Stevia extract, but only because I hadn't heard of or learned about Astaxanthin.
Edit: obviously, I didn't "get rid of it," as I stated, but I can eat everything I previously ate.

I’ve had guineas; up to 27 at one point. I love them strutting around with their little helmets on. I also don’t mind their “noise”, but for ticks I prefer chickens. They stay pretty much in the yard and make short order of any ticks around the house. The guineas were always headed into someone else’s pasture en masse. I also never kill opossums I find on the place. I’ve never had an issue with them and they can eat their weight in ticks in a season.

Depending on the individual, AGS can intensify all allergies, and you can have reactions from mildly annoying to almost dying in the ICU.

Astaxanthin coming from a red algae makes me think of a couple prophesies.
“Therefore thus said יהוה of hosts, the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, “See, I am making this people eat wormwood, and I shall make them drink poisoned (aka bitter) water.”
    ‭‭Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah)‬ ‭9:15
    And
“And the second messenger poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became (as of) blood (in appearance), as of a dead one, and every living creature in the sea died. And the third messenger poured out his bowl on the rivers and fountains of water, and they became (as of) blood (in appearance).”
    ‭‭Ḥazon (Revelation)‬ ‭16:3-4‬ ‭
“As of blood” are quite probably the red tides from toxic algae blooms. Interesting…

  • @MrMidnightMatt-
    @MrMidnightMatt- Před 7 dny +1

Do you know of anything, such as Vitamins, or other Naturals, that a person can ingest to deter Ticks from being attracted their blood ? I just bought Rural, Wooded Acreage in Mo. And to say we have Ticks is an understatement. This place has the most Ticks I’ve ever seen. I heard somewhere that if you take extra Vitamin B, that the Ticks would avoid you. Having done so for a while now, I’d say the affect of the Vitamin B vs. the Ticks is at best minimal. I’m probably going to start taking small doses of Garlic Oil next. And maybe look into that Cedar Oil that you mentioned, to spray onto my clothing, tent, etc.. I am completely new to this attempt at Homesteading. And I expect to experience many mistakes as I start this Journey. I definitely see chickens in my future. If they are Tick Predators, they for sure would have a Feast of Ticks to eat out there. The only Tick that I have seen out there is the Lone Star Tick. And according to my research, they are about the most aggressive Tick out there. Supposedly they can sense your heat signature from about 15’ away. And as I’ve witnessed, they do actively pursue you from long range. These little vampires are such a nuisance. I’m praying that No one at all catches any kind of sickness from these horrible parasites. Do you know if the rumors about Possums are true ? Supposedly they eat their own body weight worth of Ticks each year. And I have spotted a Possum on my property. If he helps with reducing those Ticks, then he is a very welcome Neighbor. Long term I will probably be planting a lot of mint around the property as well. I fully expect that this mint will take root, and spread like wildfire, as it normally does. Right now I’m about aggravated enough to go on the attack with a Flame Thrower. 😂
But I’d better behave myself. That probably wouldn’t end so well. Thank You for any help. I really enjoy your channel.

My Grannie had Guinnies , they were not aggressive in any way. However they did not keep all ticks away. Might have been a ratio. I know you don’t want to get into it, but if this range of tick borne diseases existed fifty years ago, we would be extinct.

I have guinnas going on almost 10 years now. They are one of my favorite homestead birds.. we are currently raising 11 keats we hatched from collecting guinnas eggs... if you find the nest watch it till its pretty full then incubate the eggs... or collect and eat their eggs...they taste great..

You had me at chiggers. This year I discovered putting castor oil on my feet and ankles and legs keeps the chiggers off me. But, I went a couple days without and now I have some of the biggest chigger bites ever. One even on my bumb. Better than on my yep, but still. Nothing itches like a chigger bite

Try soaking in an epsom salts bath. I also add baking soda and essential oils. The itch immediately stops!!!

Thank you for the informative video. I passed it on to a friend who has periodic flareups of Lymes.
I had heard of Astaxanthin. I had used a product from Bella Grace. Bella Grace elixir also has Cat's Claw and Collagen in it besides Astaxanthin 3 mg. I didn't notice any effects after 2 months. Did you by chance check into this brand in your search for a quality Astaxanthin? I have read on the ValAsta site. It seems like a good product. Any feedback from you would be helpful. Thank you!
