Also where do I put the power consumption based on the electricity rate. I would really like to have an answer on this as this is the only one that give the code for this type of project.
Seems like a,b,c,d are used to divide the unit consumption into bands. Each band has its own price for every unit used in that band. i..e.a->d are used to set and evaluate tariffs.
