Thank you. Feels calm now. Anxiety is no longer in control. Yes, suddenly feel like doing stuff to prepare for his coming. Gut feeling keeps telling me not to give up. Yes on the majority of these symptoms-signs have become ridiculous again-can’t escape them. I disconnected from the outcome a few months ago-blocked him-in an instant I saw the insanity in the same repetitive cycle of behavior. I deserve better and if with him, after he does the shadow work, great. If not, I will find my own happiness and never be pulled back into the push pull because I deserve better. Thursday i went to sleep as normal but i astral traveled. Upon returning to my body i felt like i was going to die. Im at peace with it i know it is going to happen soon.
