Problem with anti glare glass is, they reduce vision brightness at night such that we can't see pedestrians walking on the left side when a vehicle with high beam approaches on the opposite lane.
I have been using anti glare amber glasses for many years but haven't felt any such hindrance.
There is no such issue in anti glare glass. The yello tinted so called night driving glass has this issue
There is night vision lens from Carl zeius, which reduces brightness of opposite light by 60%. This is only white glass. This very costly.

Very recently my wife bought an amber glass for me... As he said it's diminishing the white light in night roads. I regularly uses sunglasses ( aviator model only) in daytime. This amber glass is more comfortable than daytime sunglasses.

These polarised or photo chromic or polarised photochromic lenses or various coatings (including blue filter coating) are there for quite a longtime. None of these will protect the driver from glare during night driving.
Still more, the suggested Amber or Yellow tinted glasses for night driving is more dangerous because once the glare causing source is passed, the driver will be subjected to momentary dullness in his vision due to the tint of the glasses. This situation is more dangerous.

For both day and night driving glare I have tried so many branded lenses then finally found a resolution with Zeiss drive safe model which is very much helpful in driving. It cuts most of the glare and gives a peace of mind in driving without any eye irritation due to glaring.

Jama Ophthalmology research shows yellow glass don't improve the vision. Instead worse in spotting pedestrians also.
Don't belive blindly birlas parvai I have two times bad experience with birlas parvai recommended shops one this nice opticals another one is medavakkam car tyre shop tyres cost is too high ...

I used yellow hd glass in indonesia. It was good and glare free. Dont use day time sunglass
Better have anti glare film to your front windshield. It costs around 5K to 7K. Good result. It reduces irritation during night drive.
I did anti glare film for my car beginning it worked for two months after that didn't work
I purchased spectacles for my power with night vision also polarized glass for day time driving both spectacles frames are not good quality within 6 months it's broken both at same time while wearing...So better try good quality shop...
