I was a cop during 90s, fort canning is part of our area taking care of.
Those cop patrol here especially during 2am plus.
Officers spotted troupe of no head British Army patrolling around.
Officers including Chinese, Malay and Indian.

We were exploring this area in the wee hours. Encountered the sound of an iron ball chains dragging the floor and also smell of the frangipani. We hurried down the stairs to the bus stop😂
