Well my new grad PA anxiety just went up lol - any advice on practicing charting? I didn’t get much practice during clinical year and want to make sure I can hit the ground running
She said avoid abbreviations yet she used several in this video 😂 HPI, UTI, etc
😂😂😂 Guilty! Only avoid abbreviations in your SOAP note. 😆
