My friend just made me his power of attorney a few months ago. No the magistrate court is trying to find him incompetent and take his rights away and give him guardianship but he doesn’t want guardianship. He already made me his power of attorney and medical surrogate. He’s just gonna like who were go against his wishes and revoke my power of attorney I haven’t done anything wrong. Seems like they violated his rights.
I am afraid if I revoke the POA to the agent, my first son, he will get hostile and may use his gun to kill my younger son as he theatened to do many times. I called Adult Protective Services and filed a police report on it as they are useless and they contacted my POA as he used the medical POA to claim that I have dementia and questioned my credibility of his threats

My mom is in the hospital for over 2 months. My older became the power of attorney. Before this happened 3 months ago she was gonna sell house. Now apparently my brother is selling her house he is the POA. But apparently now when she might get better shes going to move to my older sister in arizona. So when he sells that house is it going to a trust fund? He doesnt tell me anuthing no family tells me anythinf i ask but they give me the run around. I work and i visit my mom 3-4 times a week to bathe her and stretch her fingers and give her massages because its only me. I dont feel comfortable with him selling my moms yet but i don't know what too do. My mom cannot speak much and do anything she is in arm restraints which is why i go very often it is only me visting.

Now if I can cancel the power of attorney and my 50% request, I don't want to have a relationship with here and we decided to separate. This is happening in Canada
My moms daughter, from her marriage and failed relation, went behind my father n my back and got it while i cared for my parents, my mom has dementia and dad alzheimers who just passed and i found out at a bank my parents who were married 43 yrs jointly share that that daughter has poa of my mom, we told her in the past we didnt want her to have poa of my mom my dads wife. That daughter of my moms never told my dad or me she did that

My dad is going through cancer how can I get rid of somebody that my dad made power of attorney and my dad's only son I have a couple cousins but my dad appointed some 27 year old kid this dude's been staying at my dad's house I think he's a rat and I think I'm going to get screwed out of my inheritance I think this dude's going to steal the money my dad gave him a camper that we're supposed to be mine just found this out this dude hugging my dad my dad hugging him that was in Florida took my dad to his cancer treatments and everything else I didn't get one hug even when I was leaving to do my thousand Mile ride home to Pennsylvania nothing met this kid Thursday he had a whole lot of conversation when he met me Friday night comes about ten hours before ours leaving this kids whole attitude change didn't have no conversation for out of the corner of my eye my dad made some type of hand signal to the guy and he went to sleep this guy took over the bedroom I was sleeping in I had to sleep on the couch in a living room my dad said he needs his sleep well he's twenty-seven years old I'm 51 where the bed back I drive tractor trailer for a living I don't know where this kid came from my dad met him at the racetrack is there some type of legal advice I can get to get the camper back that my dad gave him that was supposed to be mine and can I have this dude removed from power of attorney my dad met him working at the racetrack and he leaves him in charge of my inheritance I think he's going to scan and I'm going to get screwed if I can't stop this dude legally it's going to be Street stuff I'm from Philly I need some rough people back in the day maybe that's what this kid needs a little roughing up I don't like his cocky attitude apparently he's the race for NASCAR he's got a cocky attitude I don't freaking especially when he's hugging my dad in front of me and saying I love you and all this s***and I didn't get one hug from my dad the whole week I was down there not even a thank-you when I took him to his chemotherapy this kid needs to get out of the picture I need legal advice because I'm going to physically remove him with a picture if I can't do it legally because he's a piece of s***he get a $15,000 and that was supposed to be mine my dad told me the last three years that's yours and he tells me this twenty-seven-year-old punks power of attorney that he meant at a racetrack that he worked with has my camper now is there a way I can sue him to get the camper back because if I can't sue him to get the camper back is gimmy forced to sign the title back back to me I guarantee I'm going to make him sign that f*****title for the camper back to me I guarantee I'll get it back after my dad's going I don't give a s*** about this kid that is interfering with my inheritance that my dad couldn't charge I want this dude removed out of the picture because I think he's a scumbag that's going to steal and I really wish they had the laws they haven't said Arabia because this guy wouldn't be able to drive anything anymore because he wouldn't have any hands because I think he's a thief.
