I love how when the clown is at a distance, his music is almost pleasant, but gets more horrific as he gets closer. A naive, carefree melody luring in victims with promises of happiness and freedom from pain, but it’s only a facade to hide its true, miserable and ugly intent. Just like the clown himself.
I love how it gets more sinister as it progresses. Seeing The Clown at a carnival and the closer he gets, his true intentions became more clear until (chase) but it's already too late. With Killer POV. It's just a game to him, he's already in heaven.
The thing is, with this music he would feel more threatening at least. Hearing the same chase music from every killer is a drag, and this one is genuinely much more creepy than the base chase music, and plays on the idea of clowns and circus’ having an eerie tone to them when disheveled, which would be really cool. Even if the killer isn’t the best sadly, it would definitely make him way more fun to play as and against

It kinda reminds me of the Pyro from Team Fortress 2, where he basically sees everything like in a rainbow world with really uplifting music (And I mean the music parts have similarities).
Ah yes, as a clown main I approve I love that it starts out as calm and almost fun circus music but then as he gets closer the more intense and scary it gets, almost like he looks like a regular clown from far away but as he gets closer the more sinister he looks, it really correlates with his backstory

This music reeks of confusion and dread As for the Clown POV, I like how it still have a attraction park theme, like the Clown feels like he is in a ride at the circus when chasing down a survivor.
I think I like this more than the actual chase music. While the original still gets the point across of a serial killer dressed as a clown is coming for you, this one conveys that point far better.
I feel like the survivors are hearing the chase music very much intensely and scary but the killer's pov almost feels more calmer and more in control as the killer obviously is
I love these custom chases so much, I wish BHVR would get back to you on this because these themes are so much better than the default terror radius and add so much more to the characters
I don't know why they don't use these themes too because technically speaking they progress a lot better than the normal music as well, instead of just getting louder and more intense these themes get more intense by adding more instruments which lets survivors get a better idea of how close the Killer actually is.

I do like how just like his character, the closer you are to him the more clown facade is covered over. Until its no longer there, because he's found you and he's going to kill you. Meanwhile in his head the music is still carnival music, because this is his fun time not yours
This music does an excellent job of capturing what makes the Clown terrifying. From a distance, he is harmless, he is a fat clown not taken seriously. The closer you get to him though, he becomes more eerie. When you start to get chased, it is too late.
I can see him doing his weird walk/hobble towards you during the chase music! It would be sick if when you got hit by the gas the music got all distorted and out of tune sounding.

@@GogiRegion, I actually kept seeing videos of Clown having different gas bottles. Maybe they do different effect but he needs something for map pressure for sure. I was thinking that maybe one of his bottles make him faster temporality to get to one side of the map to another and it takes at least 15-30 seconds to recharge. He can drink it by holding a bottle and pressing the second power button.

Clown just got new chase music in PTB, and in my opinion: it's a tie. The PTB chase music fits game more, it's more in the style of the rest chase themes but this on the other hand is just absolutely amazing piece of art! While the original one fits more the game this is showing beautifully Clown's personality and his abilities: It's starts very energetic, fun, and motivating (Read as Yellow - speed boost from Antidote) and then progressively burns out (read as Grey - the Antidote is not working) and then starts to just scare, you would want to escape it but you can't, you are already in it and there is not turning back (read as Pink - the Tonic is working slowing you down) And then there is Clown's POV, this is my favorite part, it literally sound like a performance, just imagine him laughing when it plays! I don't know about you but that's to me sound fantastic. So in conclusion, both themes are good in their ways while original theme is not as energetic it fits more the style of the game while this fan made does not but this is just an amazing piece of music!! 😁
This one's easily my favorite so far. It's genuinely chilling, fits the character really well and only gets better when I imagine it in a chase. The killer POV is also pretty creepy, at least to me. It gives me the idea that this is just a lighthearted, jovial game to the Clown, in stark contrast to the terror that the survivor's POV portrays. That's something not even the in game chase themes accomplish.
I prefer the Killer PoV music here to the identical survivor chase music currently employed. Brilliant! You have one of the six clown main's absolute approval.

I wish they really went at it with the crazy clown story line for him. Instead he's just a crazy fat addict who has a thing for colleting peoples fingers as 'trophies'. His map doesn't have the circus map, and the part with actual circus doesn't even have any loops, just like 1-2 unsafe pallets and one window vault. Imagine a giant circus tent as a map, and a carnival around it. It would be so dope. To this day I think that this chapter was the most underwhelming in case of things they could've done with Kate and Clown.

I've played clown this past week and been having a blast. and even got some 4ks under my Clowns belt. people typically like making excuses when they lose against any killer with the: "their power is shit" card. it's very rare to find a survivor who actually admits to their mistakes and learns from them. Instead, they blame the killer for playing for how the killer was meant to be played or blame their teammates. I myself have received hate for playing Deathslinger, people say he's the easiest killer in the game. Not true. Deathslinger requires you to have good patience and to know when to drop a chase to apply pressure to gens. not just good aim. Hell, most survivor mains think EVERY killer is easy. the only killer I think is bad is Trapper. that's it. I have my respect for every other killer but Trapper. But the point is, people really need to think to themselves if its the killer itself fault for a lose/win, or was it your own doing that made you lose/win. think about that survivors and killers alike.
i like this way more than the in game version... sounds more like a horror movie chase scene, like in halloween or the texas chainsaw massacre remake. but even then it still retains that circus theme. really well done man.
