Once you do a final tune after you've finished installing your accessories your engine idle should drop down a bit quicker. No worries 👍
the missing drive shaft is probably the issue...lol

they never tuned any of there cars i dont think this one will be tuned either
@@gamingvlogst2674 you still dyno it and make sure the tune is right for the application they are using it for! Not tune for more hp a tune so it's happy! It is an engine with new everything wiring harness ECU I believe! All new so a tune on dyno and some pulls would definitely be worth it! If they don't I guess it don't need it if it runs smooth but I'm sure they will have a pc hooked up to it to fix the idol! May as well tune her up just a little but definitely check it's running healthy!

I noticed your hood hinges are pushed down. Be careful. If you bump them they can come up with a lot of force.

I’d check either the MAP sensor or MAF sensor. Had similar issues in my GMC and that was the cause. If they check out then I’d suggest running that intake to the passenger side of the engine bay and add some length to it and space the MAF sensor a little bit away from the throttle body
I picked up my gm after service and it revved up a little without me touching it! Rang yard they said its just a software update if it keeps happening bring it back and it didn't! It's just a tune that will fix it it's as you said just the sensors playing up as computer is sending wrong information and a tune after all is done just to make sure it's happy is the way to go! Its got new wiring harnesses ecu's the lot! So it has to be tuned! If it was an old school carb set up just tune the carb! Same thing just on a pc Instead of a screwdriver😂
I had to get a computer to reprogram my throttle position sensor. After I cleaned it it wouldn't relearn itself

Hey guys you just need a AN hose cutter scissors for the black fabric hose. Works great ! And also get a set of AN wenches and a couple of AN adjustable wenches for on the car install when you can’t use a vise. And also get the aluminum AN jaws for your vise to protect your fittings 😊

All right Dudes! I am liking that Camaro. It will outperform an original in just about every way possible! My first Camaro was a 67 RS with 327 and 4 speed! Very cool for that time back in 1975 but your LS swapped Camaro is going to be crazy fast! I am already looking forward to next Sundays video!
Back in 75 I had a 68 RS\SS 350 4speed for the motor and trans for my 56 210 Wagon project to replace the original 265 3 speed, I ended up selling the car to a friend who had a 56 sedan delivery for some needed parts the car was finished into a nice street Rod. The Camaro was used to fix a 69 RS\SS.
Smart choice to stick with what you have and finish those builds. Thank for all the great content
Definitely need to finish up all the builds currently in the shop before introducing any more. And with all of the supply chain issues going on, you can at least order most of the parts you may need for said new build. It only makes absolute perfect sense...

This is the real deal. Oke they didn't assemble the engine, but it does feel like a whole car build. Would be cool if they did one of these projects next to simpler ones once in a while.

dawg, its a brand new camaro motor... they could literally just buy a haltech ecu and harness and its plug and play, there setup's can come complete with dash screen. which if im not mistaken this is a lt4 engine so yeah it would be even easier

Gents maybe just check on the fuel pressure regulator. You need to connect the vacuum hose on your intake. That should help with the fueling issue.

Ahh man, I was hoping the Camaro would finally see a much needed revamp. Welp, I guess we'll see it next year.
Next year is 3 months from now, i would't bet on it. they'll likely have two more projects started by that time, and the Camaro will get pushed aside again.

Something to consider, MAF sensor housing,
the Mass Air Flow sensor calculations are based on a known hose diameter, if the MAF housing is enlarged the calculations will be off which will cause poor running.
If the engine tuning is speed density based then it will not rely on a MAF sensor.

Look at the idle air control valve. Make sure it's plugged in to vacuum line and/or replace it.

The ecu to the ecm to the tcu still all needs to be calibrated and tuned as 1 working unit. Find a tuner with a dyno ...the fuel maps and the boost maps may need some tweekin
Put a after market supercharger to complete the build love the Camaro
