- Recreational Resort Cottages and Cabins has featured many versions of the Cardinal tiny home, a 399SF RV park model tiny home with a walkin closet, but never one in this style before. Check out the black trim inside and the black exterior with stained SYP ceiling accents.
The current price of $70000 includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Great Host/Presenter...Mike you're what makes this business HIGH CLASS and professional. Watch other people there is one that's got a name similar to yours but they don't talk in it and they move the camera so fast you can't tell if you're looking at one tiny home or 10 at the same time I mean they go immediately from one to the other and I know they have all the information in the comment section or whatever they call it but there's no person talking and then there's another guy that's pretty good in fact there's a couple of them but I don't want to spend mostly 30 minutes listing to how somebody came to their conclusion although sometimes it's interesting I like the way you present things I'm talking about the tiny home I've listened to a few other things but I'm always telling people what about the loft and how the square footage and the taxes cuz they don't listen it's so funny and I'm like listening so intent anyway I'm talking too long again great presentation really just good luck in God bless to you I hope you have just tremendous success with this always thank you for making it really fun not just about selling a house

If it had a shower door it would be 100% perfection. This floor plan is the most functional and comfortable of all the homes. I LOVE the colors and materials used in this one. It’s absolutely perfect in every single way other than the shower door which is a minor little fix.
I LOVE this tiny home. This is what I want when I retire. Everything on one floor, perfect.
That's extra nice. I love that there's a space for the w/d tucked away, rather than in the kitchen or hallway.

That's just Texas weather for you I moved to Texas in 1967 in what about me at August and it was pouring rain and it was a 100° outside and it was so hot and the sun was so bright I couldn't believe it it was like one part of the sky was raining and the other part of the sky wouldn't do anything except I'll never forget it cuz I've never seen anything quite like that before but now I seen it a bunch of times it is Texas weather God bless sweetie
Love the black/ stained hickory! It does POP! Stained pantry door to match the stained hickory... Nice! Bathroom ceiling w the stained hickory and black trim. Even the wood ceiling in the walk-in closet! And REAL WOOD with the elbow test!!! Ya gotta love it! In the main living area, light is flooding in. Really nice, Mr. Tiny! I like the wood floors throughout, too. Sweet setup!
That closet is as big as mine in a 4 bedroom house! This style and color coordination really speaks to me 😍

He has one like that and it is more spiders room for a small table and chairs as well like a I can't think of what it's called but let's down the side and so it's real narrow and just two cheers but you can put four or five chairs in it when you put it out and it has a peninsula versus a island and the front door is on the side and it comes right in right there and then the living room turns out to be bigger that way which that's the one I love and I can't remember what it's called I'm sorry but it is awesome if you look it up it's got to Blue cabinets and a lot of sunflowers is the way they decorated it and it's a really cool nice blue and I don't even care for blue

This model has taken my heart. I like it better than my previous favorite Eagles Landing. I love the black accents. The black faucets in the bathroom gives it pizzazz. The closet is an outstanding feature of the tiny home. Good job Mr Tiny.

Nice house I really like that the washer and dryer are tucked away in the walk in closet not in the hallway. There is enough room for the couch bunk bed I saw. It’s a couch but when needed turns into a bunk bed. It looks like you could either have an entertainment center, a couple of chairs or maybe even a loveseat.

Lovely little home. Spacious for a tiny home. Just missing a dishwasher. Didn't you do that in a wraparound counter once? I LOVE the colors and finishes on this one. I think I prefer the tile shower though. I think I'd also want more windows in the bedroom as well, perhaps along side the bed as well as the transoms above. The most impressive part of this tour though was the "real wood" high jump! 😁
You could add it to his one. Just takes away a bottom cabinet.

Really love the black trim and hickory doors and ceilings can’t think of anything I would change but maybe the backsplash as really love the black and white floral backsplash that I see in some of your designs….great look on this tiny home….this is the one I would buy….

This home has to be my all time favorite the color combo is perfection lover the closets I love everything about this home and I could definitely live in it comfortably This is the best or the best I definitely wouldn’t ever want a loft so thus home really would be perfect for me

Loft makes it where you have extra bedrooms just for people to spend the night plus if you didn't really have a lot of gas it makes for great storage I mean like where do you put your Christmas tree in all the decorations up in the loft where do you put extra toilet paper and paper towels up in the loft I thought about this so many times Jacqueline so anyway he can do a lot of things cuz you can get that version with the loft it's just that the ceilings won't be as high but if you're serious get on his oh I forget what caught one of his other media platforms and he'll talk to you just about any time or day or night

I like the washer and dresser in the the closet of the Cardinal tiny home.
This whole unit is bigger than the apts in NYC! I would definitely consider a tiny home now if I can get that walk-in closet!

I adore the black trim and wood! I would say to move the windows from the left of the couch, to where the entertainment center is but thats my choice for the esthetic look of the front porch! You guys do an amazing job I wish you would open up a lot in NC! I want so many of your homes!
I like having a back door where the stackable W&D is located (you showed it in a red Cardinal) .....not only for safety but I would want a back deck also!

Love the color inside and outside. Walk in closet is great; I'd want more shelving for storing my movies collection.
Bring in a small bookcase or you can buy your own TV thing for about $300 there's lots of room to put movies in there and then cuz behind that picture you can hang your television they've got it already wired or you can ask him to build one in this is just a version you can do almost anything you want to but if you're serious talk to Mike he's really good at what he's doing and I accommodate their customers he goes a clients so RRC takes care of you

Wendy you can have a great cabinets if that's what you want you just go talk to Mr tiny on one of his social media accounts and tell him what you want this is just a version you can have red cabinets if you want so if you start from the ground up so to speak you can do in just about anything you want to you may have to pay extra for it but you can have what you want
I like that the Cardinal windows are higher up off of the floor. I prefer for windows not to be, so close to the floor like most of the other Tiny Home models, windows are!!
