A pesar de ser una "película" corta, llevó mucho más de 150 horas de trabajo. En la última semana estuve trabajando de media 7-10 horas al día para acabarlo.
Quiero dar las gracias a mi amigo Halle, por su amplia colaboración, aunque no quiso salir en los créditos.
Ha habido muchos problemas, a veces faltaban planos y he tenido arreglarlo con lo que tenía. He tenido que renderizar todos los planos donde salían pokemon unas 5 veces. Odio renderizar. Hacer las sombras fue tedioso.
Gracias por ver el video. Espero realmente que lo hayáis disfrutado como yo cuando veía pokemon con 10 años.

Seeing that horrible CG contrast with the live action environment was almost tolerable, but with the constant panning to the guys facial expressions (check 5:23 - 5:31), it was hard to maintain suspension of disbelief. Still a really fun idea though.

Thanks :) Blender it's a free software, you just need a lot of time and effort :) recently I was thinking about making tutorials on how to model pokemon.

I bought a camera to record this, it cost 150€, it wasn't too expensive

Hi, thank you very much :). I wanted to keep doing chapters, had even the story line but it consumes soooooo much time that I had to stop. Notice that I did all this almost by myself, all 3d models, animation etc, takes a lot of work. I really enjoyed but have time no more :(. In other projects you see a lot of people who participated, I which I had help.
I'd help if I could man. I do understand whhat you mean though. Stinks no one wants to help you, It'd be a great series.

To be honest, the video kinda seems laggy...
Either my computer just really sucks, or, the rendering of the pokemon kinda is messing up the tempo of the video.
And sometimes, I always see a color change between parts, and then I see a bit of a shadow of a pokemon. Is it simply a masking effect problem or something?
Anyways, other then those problems. Pretty good.
(P.S: You should take at least a few English classes, the subtitles kind of seem a bit strange, like one of the captions had "IO" or something like that in the sentence. Which is rather strange, kind of seems like you used a translation site of some sort or had difficulties with your spanish (or something) keyboard.)
rendering had some problems, but the tempo should be right, maybe it's youtube. It's true about the shadows. And concerning subtitles, I think its a problem of accents or things like that (ex: ",.`'), that youtube changes into io/ae or things like that sometimes. I hadn't any critique towards subtitles until now. But it's true that my english is far to be perfect.
if the 3D becomes better. like the X & Y trailer then i'm sure this will be a big succes!
+laetitia willemsen thank you! The biggest problem is that to render a better 3D I need a more powerfull PC so I can do it in Cycles and with good quality. That would take 1 hour per frame in my actual laptop so... but anyway ill try to improve it for the next chapter, releasing soon!
