Nicely presented. Love the l o n g dirt road. The buyer purchases 55 acres, the town says 67...that's definitely a problem...if not today, tomorrow. If you believe, as I do, that as the buyer you're really just holding the property for the next owner, that's an issue that needs to be resolved, (and can anyone explain to me the logic behind the dementions/lot lines of #3...what am I missing?).
