the neck and bridge in series with gain sounds unreal.

I wouldn’t have guessed the 3 in series would be noisy especially since the middle pickup is reverse wound and polarity.

Thank you! it was a awesome sound demo. Loved it! I ordered mine and planning to put this into my Mexican strat. Fingers crossed!

Awesome! That’s great. Good luck! Just don’t burn your fingers like I did. 😂 Thanks for checking out the video.

Thanks for taking the time to put together this video and sharing your experience, it was very helpful... I want to keep my Strat (F Player) as stock as possible and just focus on my playing as well as amp settings... but this 10 way switch seems to be a worthy upgrade for the Strat... give it a little bit of humbucker powers.

Thanks for checking out the video! Hope it was helpful! I enjoy the 10-way switch, I think it added some unique sound settings!

I concur, @@CompanyGrip. In addition, I find it doesn't totally bury the fact that it's a Strat-type guitar after all, meaning to say it seems to preserve the original character enough to make it still recognizable as being an ST-type guitar....I think or my "2 cents" as they say. Awesome demonstration indeed!

I did the B configuration to get all 3 pickups in series. FYI, be ready to wire in a tone knob if your guitar is like my fender. The bridge sounded very tinny until I looked up how to wire it through a tone knob. Now it's a BEAST!

Good idea! I need to go revisit that guitar and the wiring soon. I think I need a beefier capacitor. Take Care!

Great presentation, I enjoyed it much! Found it via YT's suggestion per its related videos and via my own little thing on this nifty piece of electronic. That guitar sounds killer b.t.w. , with or without the Freeway switch! Amazing how much "bang for the buck" one can get these days as far quality of instruments is concerned! (on a side note: It just now dawns on me where that expression likely originated from, yikes....😮)

I’ve been burning my fingers for years also. Idk why I never thought of it sooner, but use a tweezer instead of your fingers holding it

Haha, the pickguard comment is so true. They rely on 2 screws for the pick up, but the pick guard needs an impact gun to remove them

So many screws! Thanks for checking it out. 🤘🏽
