I heard there was a plumbing leak that impacted multiple floors and that the HOA was under litigation, did that issue ever get fixed? Do you know where I could get more information on that?
Like your videos. Does the 530 sq ft studio include the stackable washer/dryer. Is it okay to rent them out for 3 or 4 months a year as a primary resident? Thanks!
