A key decision-making factor for Hamas is how BAD Israel looks. If this perception continues to rise, Hamas WON’T make a deal. The world has played right into the hands of Hamas, because the world can't make the difference between a country that builds ZERO bomb shelters for its people vs. another build shelters for everyone.

What a horror show of wasted foreign food aid. I am ashamed that my Canadian government is turning blind eyes and deaf ears to the gross inefficiencies of the UN agencies to deliver this aid from the designated drop off locations to the actual people in need. Yet my government does not even bother to protest this mess and continues to tax all its citizens for the luxury of being seen as good guys on the world stage. The Canadian government needs to realize we taxpayers demand value for all the charity programs we directly support. Also we tend to vote out virtue seeking governments. Only real tangible results count with conservative leaning citizens.
