After seeing how these boots are made, I'd be willing to buy a pair here in NZ.
This is a far cry from the mass-produced plastic kinds of seen on other you tube programs.
I love the way they put the tires on backwards on some of the tractors. Some of the tractors had all of them backwards, and some had part of them backward.
I also noticed but also, is it possible the rims installed at factory are temporary? At 9:36, the two front tires are different, and the rims' paint seems scratched beyond looking new.
I noticed that too. After all that good detailed assembly work it seemed strange that they’d show me a finished product with such a glaring bunch of mistakes.
Salt package says 230g but they clearly weigh 235g of salt, commitment to customer satisfaction may not always be recognized but this time it was.
I like the way they spend so much time in quality control checking all the details are good but neglect to notice the lack of wheel nuts holding all the wheels on.
those were test wheels.

The baked salt one seems to be a huge waste of wood (and the pollution from burning it). They could just grind the raw salt into a fine powder while adding a bit of bamboo and wood ash for flavor, assuming any of that survived the melting stage.
Puzzled by the entire process. It must be some kind of traditional artisan expensive salt after all that.
Is thst what that was I couldn't figure it out yeah way too much pollution

I wonder why the gear wheel in the grapple is made of brass instead of steel. Steel is typically used for gears. The worm wheel is also steel. The forces on the teeth of the gear must be enormous, and steel is stronger than brass here. I have not seen any lubricants been added into the gear housing. But that might just be not recorded. Awesome video.

I'm pretty sure that was just for the video. They probably ship to another factory or dealer for rims and tires.

Concerning the boots, I wonder what the pricing might be. Fifty years ago, or maybe sixty, I bought my first pair of Brooks Brothers cordovan for $200. These I would guess cost at least $400.
Why didn't they just crush the sea sault and then cook it? It wouldn't have taking so much energy of burning the bamboo and cut them down and the trees into logs and cut the trees down and split and cut up the bamboo and over top of that do it X2times??????????????

단조를 요하는 부분이 있을텐데 영상을 보면 그냥 주형틀에 쇳물을 부어서 식으면 바로 절삭 가공에 들어가면 끝인가요? 담금질이나 단조 그런거 없어요? 정말 몰라서 그래요
상당한 기술적인 노하우라서 촬영하지 않은 것 아닐까 싶은데요.
그런 부품들은 대부분 외주처리하죠.. 단조같은 작업을 한 회사에서 하기 힘듭니다. 예를들어서 현대자차같은 경우도 부품이나 부속은 자체적으로 만들지 않고 대부분 외주를 줍니다. 1.2.3차 협력업체라 하죠. 현대자차에서는 조립만 하는겁니다. 영상에 나오는 회사도 마찬가지구요
