This is great Carina! Question... I'm assuming that every CSM would have their own Dashboard, however, how would you display overall metrics for all CSMs? In other words, if there are 5 CSMs in an organization handling multiple accounts, how would you display the combined metrics for all on one dashboard? Is that something you offer?
