We waited about 18 months for our Sienna XSE. So far absolutely love the utility from getting our daughter dressed inside during a snow storm, to hauling home an ikea wardrobe. Can’t do that in any SUV!

sienna XSE in November 2023. Love it! It’s 41 mpg is the best. Also, my husband and I love the memory seats. I really love my sienna..

Thank you for posting this video. My 2024 Toyota Sienna XLE Black was delivered November 2023. I loved the drive...the best minivan on the market. I waited for about 8 months. My is 8 passengers, that's what I wanted for my business and family on the weekend.

My 2024 Sienna Platinum trim level should be delivered to me mid April. Nice video. I got the platinum trim level because mature in years family now includes two in their mid 80s and the heated captain chairs was needed.

Single dad with one child, straight up considering this! I have a big extended family and the kids will fit perfectly in this.
Plus for my business, it can still carry a lot
My children love being able to sit in the car with the grandparents and their aunt! Previously when we went anywhere we needed two cars now everyone can fit.
The Sienna is what I decided on for a family / work (marketing media production) vehicle as well. Originally I wanted the Ford Transit Connect passenger Van but that Tech is even older and the problems mechanically made me start looking.
Love my 2024 XSE Premium , however I’m having a few issues. First issue I’m having is the cordless charger is not charging my phone because of my phone case. Dealership recommended me taking the it out of the phone case. I took it out and now it slides all over the cordless charging port because there’s no rubber surface to prevent it from sliding. We’ve rented a Rivian and Cadillac which both allowed us to charge our phones on the cordless charging station without having to take it out of the case. My next issue is I found out that there is no button for the mirror defoggers. Dealership told me it only works when you use the rear window defoggers. My next issue is the hands free rear hatch and sliding door having issues when I place my foot under the designated area with the key fob in my pocket and the doors unlocked. But overall I am satisfied with the van especially the impressive gas mileage. Just filled my tank after a long trip; set trip A and I recorded almost 700 miles on a tank of gas. We’re filling it and setting trip A again just to make sure that’s accurate. But for the most part very please with this vehicle.

In Canada…put down a deposit 24 months ago. They estimate 12-18 months more. My kids will be moved out by the time I get it.

I had the AWD version with 18" wheels... I can imagine the FWD models with 20" wheels are worse! I didn't have an XSE to test drive beforehand, but I had a sienna LE rental and I liked it. I didn't think the XSE would be THAT much stiffer... well, it is folks. Find a way to go for a test drive. the XSE also does not have the acoustic glass or sound deadening, so with the stiffer suspension I feel that it transfers more noise into the cabin. the suspension is just overkill for a minivan.
Why did you decide on the XSE trim? Is it a price thing or are there other decided factors that swayed you to a XSE over a Platinum?
I like my 2024. I was lucky and got mine with in a year. The fuel savings is unreal compared to my old mini van..👍🏽 for a vehicle this large the fuel economy is great..
These vans at msrp are great finds. Considering most dealers are marking them up minimum 3k, and upwards of 10k for the higher trims. Enjoy!

i own a Chrysler pacifica touring L hybrid version but i feel like the electric on it isn't that bad it actually saves me with gas and also i love the space that my van have right now. smoothness and me being used to Mopar is the main reason i got a chrysler.
oh i almost forgot i got a huge discount on mine from 54k usd to 37k usd and got it refinanced so don't know how much is the refinanced price. i live in maryland so i got a couple of discounts when i bought it. also i love the newer models that chrysler pacifica's have right now it doesn't look like a Mommy's car or a dad's car. more like a Sporty SUV.

Hi. Are you from Canada. Wondering if the xse trim comes with the yellow dynamic projectory lines on your backup camera when you reverse.
I’m in the US and it doesn’t have the yellow dynamic projectory lines when backing up. Not sure if other markets have it.

I like the looks of the new Toyota van. However, I would love to own the LM Lexus van if it comes to the U.S. If not, I would definitely purchase the Toyota Sienna hybrid or soon to be electric van for a business since I don't need this much space for myself.
I waited 6 months for my 22 sienna limited.

……Don’t let Toyota kid you. One Toyota salesman was finally honest with me & said Toyota doesn’t do custom orders. It waits till one is built coincidentally the way you want it

😊@stephenfiore9960 yeah that is exactly right. I was looking to custom order my van and called a bunch of dealers who all kept telling me to come and make a deposit and it will probably take 1 year. After researching I found that toyota doesn't do any custom orders. They simply assign dealers allocations of builds at Toyota's choosing. So if you are in the market for something specific and that dealer doesn't get that particular combination of options, they keep waiting until they get something similar. I decided to call a bunch of dealers and left them my preferences withoit making a deposit and a week later, I received a call from an out of state dealer who received an allocation for my exact car I wanted. I made the deposit and expecting the car in 4 weeks.
I'm happy for your new car, bro and congrats but just watch out for the unnecessary service add-ons Toyota dealer will try to get you slowly after your free 2 yrs. maintenance is done. Fake timing chain leak, this leak and that leak - whether oil sip or oil change residue they intentionally didn't clean, they would try to scare you during your normal oil change!
I think almost all car dealerships do that kind of stuff. I go in for an oil change and they make it sound like my car is falling apart or asking for air filter changes when I’ve taken care of it myself not too long before.

Do you find the XSE rides STIFFER than the platinum
In terms of steering its in a sense stiffer as in I feel more control for things like turns. I actually like it. As for the ride I haven’t driven a platinum as much but the ride itself feels a bit smoother from my test drive.
Great video. I have been trying to decide between a Honda pilot, Toyota sienna or kia carnival.
I leaned towards a van due to the sliding doors. It makes life easier. I haven’t drove the carnival but it I think the features and overall looks is very nice. I was tempted to try for one after waiting 12 months for the Sienna. I ended up joining a Facebook group about the Kia Carnival to see what everyone says any it. Ultimately I decided that the mpg was important to me so stuck with the Sienna.
Get a Toyota Sienna, 8 passenger with trunk, 35 mpg city or highway. I love to drive my wife’s Sienna
That’s a no brainer for me, you want reliability? Then sienna is my choice especially now that I’m nearing buying new one for my retirement
