Anyone can develop waves who has course hair. There are ways to change this by using texturizers. Though I personally don't subscribe to that method, it will certainly get you to where you want to be. I've noticed too that using that avenue requires quite a bit of upkeep. I hope this advice was successful.

I used to specialize in waves until I started losing my hair....tragic really....but hey what can you do? That's also why I included the durag section.
