Coming from a Hispanic, don’t worry, you don’t necessarily need to be Hispanic to have a Quinceañera, it’s more like a personal choice. It’s more Traditional/known for Hispanics to have Quinceanera, but the times have really changed.
But don’t stress right now! My quince isn’t for another year and a half, and me and my family are already talking about it and planning, it’s gonna take a while for everything to be exactly how u want it. I recommend planning it 2 years in advance! So don’t worry right now, she’s only 8!

I wanna have one in Mexico while I currently live in the US so I’m scared of how planning it is gonna go
I actually photographed Quinceañeras in that situation back in the day so I think that is totally normal and super doable.
Honestly the most important thing is clear communication with your vendors or with whoever is helping you to plan in Mexico, like a Tia or Prima.

Oh don't worry, I think you have enough time to book everything for your party. My only recommendation would be that if you find a vendor you really like, book it ASAP just to make sure they block the date for you.

Of course you can!!! All that matters is that you are Mexican and you want to celebrate this tradition.
Mexicans come in all skin colors, one of my best friends from Mexico is light skinned and blonde.

I’m Hispanic and Christian, I know it’s only typical for Catholics but I’m still gonna have a ceremony for my church I go to every Sunday and just do prayer

Right
There is no rule for this one, it will depend on each specific situation.
In my experience; usually if the Quinceanera's parents can afford to pay for the outfits they do pay for them.
Other times each parent will offer to pay for the outfit or parts of the outfit. Specially when it's something they already own or they will likely continue using, like black or white tennis shoes; so it depends on the kind of arrangement you want to make with your court.
