I don’t think she’s saying “life’s good and I’m fine” after the tragedy of her parents passing , I think that was in reference to her divorce and the “life’s good” is probably because she’s getting help and working through her grief/depression.

OP’s parents had a true love story 💙 probably had ups and downs like everyone and still stuck by each other , literally the definition of “until the wheels fall off” Mom passed in her sleep on her way to her husband 😭. She was strong and a fighter she might have stumbled a bit after loosing her parents back to back but she didn’t give up and off herself. Poor girl was in a deep hole and clawed her way out of it by herself , I don’t how she was able to sit there and hear “how much are we going to inherit” cause I would have made a whole scene 💀 might even spend the night in jail because that shii would have sent me over the edge. And I’d DEFINITELY throw some hands with his mom and friends for shifting the blame as if he wasn’t out there not able to have kids his damn self.

I was just fed up with op , the crying for days , the wallowing in misery, and when her loser husband called she ran to him like a puppy wagging his tail. I wanted her to stand up straighten her backbone .She finally snapped out of it thankfully, ask all his greedy relatives where was he when you needed support when both your parents died ,never mind the infidelity. He didn’t even have the decency to go to your parent funeral to pay his respects,but he wants their money.

I think the one you are referring to is a middle-aged man who left his wife and 3 kids to shack up with a gambler, let her blow his half of the 401k, and tried crawling back after his dad died because there was a stipulation in the will where he could only Inherit the beachside cabin if he returned to his wife and co-signed the transfer papers.

So firstly op is an idiot. I get she's going through hell, but the idea of constantly making excuses and waiting for the human pile of trash to come back is ridiculous. But happy when she said all the lonely stuff she knew he had no claim at least. Step parents are idiots. Fun fact, their son couldn't give her a kid either. The issue was both of them. I’m 13 turned 13 September 20 only a few months ago and a few weeks before Christmas this year aka a few months ago my mom died I have a brother and my dad woke us up at 12 am at night and said he took her to the hospital but she didn’t pull through I am at one of my most prestigious middle schools in my area so I had no time to mourn really I did go back to school immediately but everywhere I went there was reminders it felt like people said mom more than ever and I had a mental breakdown in the bathroom that’s when my friend Aj. Who had been consoling me throughout the weekend because it happened Friday finally told everyone and my life has spiraled out of control since then depression I would miss school work simply breakdown crying stay in my room throughout the entirety of the weekend I know how you felt I buried so many family members in such short notice it felt like I buried myself as well the old me the one who would smile joke laugh that me is gone I rarely smile I only do it around my 2 year old baby cousin I had to reconnect with my mothers parents well her mother and stepfather who are terrible people but I survived I still text her but honestly this is to vent but I honestly don’t think I will ever go back to the person I was people said they were scared because I hadn’t smiled at school since December and I rarely have at all even outside of school.
