The Rugrats Search For Reptar - Incident In Aisle Seven

- Tommy has gone to the supermarket with grandpa and must find the Reptar cereal, this level is one of the harder levels in the game but there is a short cut which makes the level pretty easy. If you walk to the left at the start of the game it take you straight to the balloons instead of walking all around the store to find them. The you can carry on with the rest of the level as normal.

Maybe it's just because I was a kid but I swear games are more immersive back then like you were really in that world and you couldn't really see the bigger picture.. now it's like games are so open-world it takes out some of the imagination if that makes any sense.. but everything from the level design to the erie but funky music. This game was a masterpiece at its time

the music in the second and final segment is terrifying
It's amazing watching this game after many years and remembering all the scenes and all the sound effects and music
Loved this level, I used to pretend Tommy had gone shopping and ignore the mission xD the huge ice bit with the icecream was a pain though.
I hated the jumping section, it frustrated me as a kid

I was never fast enough to run passed the lobster on the conveyor belt.
Your not supposed to do it that way anyway.
Your supposed to pick up the cans and throw them at it to stun it.

Even back when this was new, I still realized this game was either made too early because everything had to be a polygon

indecent In Aisle Seven
This was the one level I couldn’t beat. Used to be able to beat the game in an hour I played it so much

I still have this game and studio tour (rugrats 2) I used to have rugrats in Paris but that disc broke

it took me a long time to learn that you can do that. i used to spend ages running around
You were never meant to to try and run faster than the blue lobster to get to the switch. You were supposed to pick up the soda cans and throw them at him to stun him long enough to go to the switch. Usually one throw was all it took. That’s how I always beat this level.
ha, i never thought to do that, I always did it by trying to out run the blue lobster. I guess I thought it was to big for a can to do anything
@@OneGirlOneController if you hit the big lobster with a soda can, it would stun him for about ten seconds, giving you just long enough to get to the switch. It’s like how when Pac-Man eats the power pellet and has ten seconds where he can eat the ghosts.

@@borisdickins5784 Probably because not all lobsters are fire hydrant red. In fact most lobsters are more greyish or brownish.

The deal that getting up and activating that switch which causes it to be disabled pretty sure its just mechanical or an animatronic

This is my favourite level
as a kid I always found this level to hard and I would always try to avoid it. I think my favorite level is Chuckie's glasses. It was fun trying to find everyone
