Greek Pasta with Kalamata Olive and Feta Cheese:
Ingredients:
1 lb Penne Pasta
Olive oil
1 small onion peeled and diced
4 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
1 Jar of Kalamata olives, pitted
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh Basil
1/2 cup (or more) of Pasta Water
1 cup Feta Cheese ( more for serving if you like).
Saute onion in olive olive oil on medium heat for about 8 minutes or until golden brown. Season as you go with salt and pepper. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add your olives and your dried oregano and saute again for about a minute or two. Pour olive mixture in separate bowl. Place cooked pasta in pan that had the olive mixture in. Add pasta water. Take off heat and add fresh basil and feta cheese. Serve with vegetables, salad and bread:) Bon Apetite!

Those crystal string lights are so pretty! They’d be perfect with some moss in a glass vase! I’d love to know where your white pans are from! My mom and I are looking for pots and pans like yours for next fall. We don’t plan to use the stove this summer as we want to buy an air fryer. We’re trying to avoid heating up the house since we live in Texas! Do you happen to have an air fryer? Anyways, I hope you’re doing well and enjoying this time of year with your family! Bekah, I’m so glad you are feeling better and have loved ones around you that cherish you and are helping support you. This dish looks amazing, I love Greek food and reminds of the classic Greek salad but in pasta form! Yummy!! We had a busy homeschool week and I’m feeling a little run down but I’m going to get in the school room today and organize a little and get rejuvenated. Sometimes when I decorate the school room or add in a new school unit it gets me excited and keeps me motivated. We aren’t going to take the summer off but we narrow down our studies to just reading and math. And I like to add a fun unit. Last summer we learned about sharks and this summer we will focus on sea turtles. Always wishing you were my country neighbor so we could help support each other in our homeschool efforts ❤ Have a blessed weekend.

I love how peaceful,and calming your videos are. They are also comforting when you need that. I sure needed it today. I had to have my precious fur baby put down. I rescued her as a month old kitten and Susanna was a little over 19. It has been a week and I so miss her.

I’m happy to hear you’re doing better sweet Friend. I relate well as I have degenerative arthritis in my back and have been healing a herniated disc since last Fall. Doing much better now. It’s hard to slow down and do what we need to in order to fully heal.

Seeing you decorate your kitchen with flowers, lovely cloths and lights inspired me to add a few more touches to my kitchen. I am so happy you're feeling better.
