Join us in a brand new Vlog from the Alton Towers Resort! We had so much fun during this visit to Alton Towers and spent the day with lots of friends. Starting the day of on the incredible Nemesis Reborn, Alton Towers brand new attraction for 2024! We take you all around the resort on this visit getting on all of our favourite Alton Towers Rides including The Smiler, Wickerman, Oblivion and Th13teen! as well as getting on all of our favorite rides we also notice a few Scarefest easter eggs which we will share in this vlog. Alton Towers Scarefest 2024 promises to be a big improvement on previous years and we spotted some hints as to what is in store!

hey I went to Alton Towers on sunday.. tried to find Mary, but her character has been given to some tall lad now who acts like egor , he was pretty good, and the character dressed in green was given to a gracefully snooty girl, who played the part beautifully.
I think I know who you’re talking about. Did he say his name was Lenny? They do rotate the characters quite a bit it was probably Mary’s day off lol. We hope you had a great day at Towers ☺️

Hello! I loved watching this vlog and I also watched the vlog where you spun a wheel which decided what rides you ride at Alton Towers. I am interested in riding The Smiler but whenever I look at it, I back out since I am just too scared to actually ride it. I know I will love it once I am on it but it is always actually queueing and thinking about it which freaks me out. I think the thing that makes me back out is not so much the thought of the inversions, speed and MAYBE not the heights but I do hate heights but instead, I think I am always worried about that feeling I get when queueing for a ride I have never done before where I feel really really stressed out. I have went with a friend the last two times I went to Alton Towers. The first time I went with them, they persuaded me to try Spinball Whizzer and Galactica. When I was queueing for them, I felt sick with stress but once I am on the rides, I absolutely love them. The last time I went with that same friend, they convinced me to try Nemesis Reborn and The Blade. Nemesis Reborn I had that same stressed out feeling but worse so in the station, I instantly sat down and pulled the restraint down so I could no longer back out. Nemesis Reborn is now my favourite ride at Alton Towers as it is extraordinary. The Blade was my first ever Pirate Ship Flat Ride and I now don’t mind trying the different Flat Rides like that. I will probably ask if that same friend wants to go again and I am going to hope they can convince me onto The Smiler but I am just worried about that sick feeling being even worse than how I felt before going on Nemesis Reborn. I am also scared if the intensity of The Smiler is more than Nemesis Reborn. I am sorry for this extremely long essay 😂😅 but thanks for reading and hoping to be able to update you soon to tell you if I went on it or not. Thank you so much for watching at taking the time to comment. We think you should definitely try The Smiler and are sure you will be fine once you’re on it. If you can do Nemesis and love it it then The Smiler will certainly be fine for you ☺️ Nemesis is more intense than the smiler for sure.

I rode Nemesis for the first time yesterday and got three rides. It was pretty underwhelming for me tbh, I think inferno is way more forceful and feels more aggressive. I got a front, back and mid-train ride and it was pretty much the same in all of them. The area is incredible but the ride is not great in my opinion!
Interesting and controversial 🤣 No, in all honesty I love both ride experiences. I think OG nemesis did feel a lot more forceful than Reborn so maybe that will come with time. I do love Inferno too though just not as much as Reborn.

@@BenandHolliesTPA Yh, queuing up for it, it looked awesome but I don’t really know what happened on my rides tbh. It just didn’t do a lot for me, maybe it was running slowly or something 🤷♂️

Mary is a legend! She does work elsewhere in the park (she played the news reporter in Forbidden Valley in our opening day Vlog) Yes they have actors at all times at The Curse and Nemesis. They also have actors around Wickerman and in Mutiny Bay too ☺️

@adamblackedition5529 Yeah she is employed by the park on the entertainments team ☺️ You’re right, she really does suit the role she is playing ❤️ Hollie absolutely adores her and all of the other actors. We do tend to spend quite a bit of time with them on our visits lol. Fun fact. She is actually in our first ever Vlog that we did on our channel as part of the Forbidden Valley Mardi Gras Crew back in June 2022 👍🏻

im wondering how old she is doing all of the coasters, i started going on them when i was 12 and im already a coasters thoosie but it makes me embarrassed thinking that she’s already doing these at this point 😂

@@adamblackedition5529 it’s practically walk on all of the time. It has such a high throughput due to the continuous ride system which keeps the queues low. We normally have 2-3 rides per visit ☺️
