So much valuable information. This set your business apart and gives you peace of mind.
Always love hearing Korys wisdom!
ARRGH, one of your best interviews! Kory Ballard has a ton of great business advice!!! 🔥🔥🔥🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️
dude Mike great video. Super helpful for me. Keep it up
Wow. Again really good content from both guys. Blessings and thank you.
Great video guys. I really enjoyed it.
Great interview
Great info as always 😊😊😊
Great interview Mike 👍👍. Cory's a good dude.
96% retention rate. Holy crap
Awesome interview!👏
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you guys
Corys a very sharp guy. Insightful interview. Enjoyed it.
Man, I admire how people can just be so successful. I'm just here trying to make money to not be homeless.
Set your goal and the rest falls into place. Whatever is feared or revered has to become our reality. It’s a law.
I agree, focus on your fear and it will manifest.
Aim higher. If you aim to make a million dollars and fail and only make 100k you will be in a better spot than if your goal was just to make 100k
Got to work hard save money and
Invest in your money it’s not hard
To start a business it’s hard to keep it going year after year
@@richardreese2877im currently trying that with landscaping and its not working , im down to 100 dollars
Mike in the first few mins you said you were putting together a website to buy and sell routes. did this ever happen? would love to have the url. Great work keep it up!
Straight heat ❤
This is absolute GOLD thanks for doing this guys!
Push up challenge, ready to see these two go back to back!!
Kory is the lawn care GOAT
Stick edging is an extra? That's part of my service and what sells me to the neighborhood.
I have already identified that I am my best employee ultimately making me self employed rather than a business owner, I make a ton of money but it’s about time I slow down before I wish I slowed down.
My issue seems to be that my skillset is very high so my biz is not scalable and maintain superior quality.
My answer is this…..I’m starting a biz that is scalable and have some great equipment showing up this week for that new endeavor and I made my 1st $ 2 days ago with this endeavor with the tools I had.
I want to learn how to run 1 van remotely and then 2 vans etc etc and blow it up.
I appreciate the content and what this dude has to say.
Hey, I hear you. Growing a small business isn't easy. Just wanted to let you know that I specialize in helping landscape companies grow through funding.
I love all the high lift Ballard blades. They are great. The mulching blades weren’t great…. Gonna try them during fall clean ups again. They might be good for that.
Use X blades with the ripper
@@kennethalynn so use another set it an x pattern? I’ve never used this method. Is it as simple as that?
@@kennethalynn I seen the adapter from Ballard. Do you have one?
@@cleancutslawncare Yes. They sell it as a kit if you want. I use double ripper blades for mulching leaves and 1 high lift and 1 ripper for mulching and blowing them into the woods. (If available)
Agree. Way less sharpening frequencies. More time to do other things.
I was skeptical but a big fan now.
I have the Ballard $100 crossed blade setup on my Stander. The blades stay very sharp for a long time.
What is the advantage of the cross setup?
@@waylonratcliffe Pulverizes the grass clippings and leaves. Turns the leaves to dust mostly. The grass clippings are very small, does a great job of mulching. I run them on my rider and walk behind.
@@grasshopperlawnmaintenance8738 I’ll 2nd that. Best $100 I spent for my whole setup.
@@Dallasl_andscaping_. well heck the things you learn! Thanks guys!
I actually worked for Kory for 12 years before I went on my own.
Me too
@@gibsonslawnservice7261 what year?
Mike, I have sent you for a while and I am really interesting your system but I’ve been in business since 2013 and my business doesn’t really grow as much know more about you anyway you were running your business it seems really interesting. I don’t know what’s the best way I can get contact with you
Networking and investor meetings??? People... talk to your local board committee if your town doesn't have any
💪💪💪💪💪
There's a reason why he Sold..🤣 And he was right to Jump Ship before it burned. I see 10% of these Trucks driving around town anymore. Customers complain to my Employees about their past relationship with his Company when we are on Properties.
I need a 1 on 1 with mike
Call him . It’s 500 I think. Pretty cheap
Like the video Gents🔥🤝
I don't get lawn car companies. Here with Bermuda grass in the south it needs to be mowed twice a week, not once every two weeks. Lawn service lawns are the worst looking, thin and full of weeds.
And if you believe that, you belong on the funny farm!
I like this content. But I'd really like to see you/ Kory ballard share some content on how you go from part time to full time and so on. Also how you started/ Kory ballard. Did you start like many of us with a push mower and hand blower and a big box store trimmer? So yeah it be really nice if you guys could really touch base on guys like my self. I'm my experience guys like me start this type of company because our heart is into it. Plus us guys/GIRLS honestly our the ones who do the best work. I say that with respect to all. But I'm sure you will agree at some point that the bigger you get the more the company will loose that perfection in the bissunes operation day to day.
Hi david, yes go back into my earlier videos from years ago and you can hear my story and see the videos as I was learning
Is kory Ballard Mike Andes dad….
34:09 Wait, did this guy say he's paying the customer for 4 and 5 star reviews??? Someone help me understand how paying for good reviews helps substantiate/support the quality and reliability of those reviews. SMH.....
Nobody wants to work these days, everybody is lazy he says. Yeah, I don’t think I would want to work for those salaries.
