  • Filmed as part of the lecture on "Detoxing Deconstructed" given at Bodhi Prem Yoga in Arlington Heights. Some texts say to do 5-8 repetitions of each of the 5 poses. Some list 6 poses (asana) breaking the last one (Udarakarshanasana) into 2 movements. For practical purposes, I feel it is easier to remember 5 poses and 5 repetitions each.
