Missed the stream but my favorite bold predictions:
- Quinyon Mitchell is the first Defensive player taken
- Either Rome Odunze or Malik Nabers fall out of the top 10
- Either the Dolphins or Cowboys will select Michael Penix in round 1

I like to see something included in a show highlighting the listeners who won their bets and got a PFF subscription. If I had been able to send in a bet, I'd have said that Rome Odunze will NOT be taken by my Chicago Bears at #9. Every mock drafter and their mama has the Bears taking Odunze (including PFF).
Not taking 1 single player is not bold.

My bold prediction is the chargers will move back twice and pick JC Lathem at #15. In the trade ups, the Vikings will draft a QB and the Colts will draft the first CB off the board. Maybe not wow, but it's not a scenario I've heard yet and it's pretty specific.
Bold, 6 QBs taken in first 20 picks
I have a gut feeling the Chargers shock everyone and take Odunze instead of Nabers. Harbaugh’s staff is all about culture and getting positive people. Nabers gun crimes & accusations of domestic violence might push them away.
Very happy Chargers fan here if that happens.
Do find it funny they were talking about 5 star recruits and then the news breaks about Amon-Ra becoming the highest paid WR in the league. A consensus 5 star recruit who fell to the 4th round

My draft prediction Lions will draft a special teams player, take advantage of new kick off rules and win Super Bowl.

The Extra Bold Prediction: Card trade 27 to LV for 44, 77 and 2025 2nd and Vegas takes Penix
Boldish take: LAC take Joe Alt at 5
Boldish take: Giants take JJ at 6
Boldish take: Panthers trade in front of the Chiefs for a WR ; say 33 + 101 for 29 or 30
Boldish Take: Broncos take Nix at 12
Bold but not so bold, has actually been predicted for months now take: NE and Minn trade pick 3 for 11, 23, 177 and 2025 1st and Minn takes Drake Maye
Bold Take: NE does NOT take a QB this year in the 1st or 2nd rounds.

Bold prediction? Hmm. Kris Jenkins is the first DT to go in the 2nd round. Braden Fiske falls to the 3rd round.
Not that bold. Jenkins is already projected higher than Fiske.
A couple of thoughts:
1) Did anyone else notice a small stretch - like one involving the Cardinals - where they seemed to be misinterpreting the bold predictions? Maybe the actual wording was different than what I heard on the podcast?
2) It's still adorable that Steve actually believes that Wins Above Replacement can actually be quantified - then compounds that mistake by using it in other areas. 🤣
