Now, show the REST of the lathe-making process. I would like to see how a finished one is accomplished. Thanks
Very hard working people in adverse environment . Respect from Australia .🙏🙏👏👏👍👍👍
Super amazing in the world that happened ..even a long period of time after industrial revolution
I would very much like to see the REST of the manufacturing process. Casting the massive lathe bed is very interesting but there is SO MUCH to building a precision lathe. I am curious - Was the lathe bed stress relieved after the initial cool down?
Very hard working plz give worker payment more extra payment give the worker request to factory owner
I've see a couple of videos like this and this one is well done. I would also like to see how the preformed sand pieces are designed and built that are used in the casting process.
Just out of curiosity, how many workers does this factory consume every month and if one breaks down or is beyond repair is it then buried in site?
Imagine an American foundry where people work in white pajamas (that doesn't get dirty) and in bare feet.
Imagine an American foundry environment when american dollar no longer backed by oil.. they will working in pajamas too..
So the entire straigness is obtained by the dude with a spirit level then after "leveling" he walks on it

this factory is in LAHORE - PAKISTAN - HAMMAD SABRI -
For something that has to be precise, made in such a primitive way 😮
How else do you think they were made, before the advent of CNC machines this is how things were cast all around the world even precision items, the problem is the western world has become reliant on machines or someone else to do it the old fashioned engineering and manufacturing skills are dying off.
Parabéns Extraordinário trabalho desses mestres
.... the 'amazing' thing here is not manufacturing, but the fact these people still have arms and feet ...
Are there no safety regulations? I don"tt think that the safety equipment like Boots, gloves face shields are so costly to risk human life.
We can argue but these guys just get on with the task. It’s a normal routine. The West use to do it the same way, just light safety gear, and none of the Extreme.!
@@DinkyDoughnut and then Health and Safety came along and made everything more complicated and more expensive
These are small and medium factories/businesses. Safety is costly to them and the workers work in the same manner for many years.
One more reason why their imports are cheaper than we can build them.
This guy def trolling......
How often do they do a run like this?
Hard working in this time
Magnifiques travailleurs.

Bhai mujhe 8 fet ki lathe 6 inch bore me bnwani h heavy duty is work shop ka address mil skta h.

Are they working for Boeing?
If they did, Boeing would not be crashing left right centre.
@@saleem956ifyindeed, lathe's are notoriously bad flying machines
@33:20 I notice the ancient safety footware, no eye coverings and no Roman safety shields. Certainly an amazing hardworking and skilled people, but come on with some safety gear.
Sadly if there happens to be any young fatalities, please send me their wives name and phone number. 😁
I like to know how on god earth the boy 50:10 got a New York Yankees baseball cap???😮
They're probably sold by the 100's just down the road....lol
What is the pay base on? And how much Do these men will make?
Looking at theire work ethics: they get payed too much
the hot ground, after molten metal poured underneath, before a lot of heat dissipated, barbecue, making pizza and cooking food can be done on it
That will go really well with all the toxic fumes
@PanzerChicken69 no problem, they can withstand, and already took in a lot during the manufacturing process
“Honey, I had a hard day at work…”
Every day of my life.
And then I got black lung from toxic foundry dust at age 42 and died, gasping for breath.
