Listening to this play. makes me miss
where I used,
to live ..... .... ..
Thoroughly enjoyed this. The film with Lesley Caron was lovely too. Takes me back to my bedsitting days in London back in the 60’s.
I kept moving past this title on BBC Radio Dramas on YT until I heard on BBC World News that the author died very recently, so I decided to have a listen. It was a lovely story with a great cast of British characters and I was hoping the baby would be delivered safe and healthy. Like all good stories not all the loose ends were tied off, setting up a possible sequel. As that is not a possibility I'm glad to have had this one. RIP to the author. From a grateful Kiwi living in Hawai'i.
The Sequel. 💖

Couldn't find that. Did you mean the Backward Shadow? So pleased there's more!
I thought it ended a bit oddly, but other than that, it was a good story.
