The TV is useless texture in VC and did you play other GTAs? they also had TVs, SA however had playable console space game connected to TV and 4 had a TV with programs

1:28 And do you know why the police won't enter CJ's house? Because in GTA San Andreas there is such a thing as the "Universe of Sky Interiors" where, for example, CJ's house is at the correct "X" height, but it is very high and is invisible when you are outside of the interior.

I think in San Andreas, interiors for houses are in different realms. That's why police can't get in. Different story with IV and the others.
I like how back in gta 3 you had safehouse with only save and garage it was so simple
yeah VC was a major leap ahead allowing you to buy houses that is "yours" and more places to store special feature cars, sad 4 removed garages

What about GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories? Or the DLCs/expansions of GTA IV (EFLC)? Or the other 2 protagonists of GTA V? GTA 2 does also have a save area (tbh a church is hardly a safehouse, and being forced to pay 50,000 to save in said church is just sad). I don't think GTA Advanced has a aafe house either.
