Thank you! I hadda replace my 2000 WJ computer with disabled SKIM (I unplugged the SKIM in the steering column, too) but the light still comes on in the dash. Now I know how to take the bulb out!!! You Da Man!!!
Thanks for your Jeep WJ vids! Was wondering if there is a reason my turn signal lights in the instrument cluster are not lighting up after an LED upgrade with a pc74 bulb. They were working with the halogen before replacement... took all precautions of disconnecting the battery. The rest look great and yes I did flip them around...
Thanks for the video. I hadn't seen it before I switched out my cluster. I didn't remove the battery terminal. Now the mileage shows what was on the previous vehicle since I got mine off EBay. Does anyone know if I just need to remove the battery terminal and them put it back on if it will reset the odometer? Or is there another way?
Hello thanks for the video. I did the all process but now i don't have the indicator lights like check engine, gas light, key light, off road light. Do you know something about it?
Maybe you'll see this or not, or can point in a direction - had to do a SKIM deletion on an 01 WJ. Now it starts/runs fine, but gauges are all dead and lit up. Cluster will move during reset/test via trip meter, but dead when running. Trip meter and odometer dont even move. Any pointers?
@@thorpeparsons the SKIM delete didnt work. Ended up having to get a new PCM. Ordered it off ebay from flashmasters. They programmed it, shipped it, and its been driving ever since. 👍
Anyone have any ideas on why a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee would start, run for 3 seconds and then shut off? It shows the key symbol on the cluster and none of the gauges are working at all
Thank you so much, Ronnie. You made my dayt!

If my gages do not work but the dash lights do would this be the procedure needed to fix it ?
Is there a ground wire up near your Cluster and on the passenger side I got two black clips I have no idea where they go
Which cluster is the key symbol
where is the check engine bulb??????????
I replaced all bulb's in my 2004 jeep and still have no insrtament lights

@@yorkshirepudlian pcm/ecm is the main computer for the vehicle. Sits on passenger side firewall. I got mine from flashmasters on ebay.
@@callmejakob ah okay thanks. Did the new one need setting up or was it plug and play?
