I love to see Edward, Henry, Gordon and the Express Coaches in G scale, too.
Very excited to hear these are available so imagine my dismay when Bachmann UK told my retailer
"We don’t have any stock and currently don’t have an arrival date for when they are due in.
Not sure how a member of public can advise when they are due in."
Great job on these large scale models of Diesel and Paxton.

I WAS excited to see this. Until I asked my local retailer to inquire about one (because of this video). The response from the Bachmann Rep was

I hardly see how simply inquiring about stock, particularly after this video. Would provoke such an unprofessional response.
Are they available or not? If so where are they available? If they're currently US only or otherwise not available in the UK, then perhaps your description should reflect that.
Then again after such an attitude I don't think the RRP is particularly relevant to me anymore.

Good job making Diesel's siderods silver, as they were in seasons 2 and 3. From season 6 onwards, his siderods have been black.
Just got Large Scale Paxton from my work at Family Hobby Center this past week. This model is absolutely peak quality! The motor is extremely quiet so all you hear are the sounds of his wheels rolling along the tracks. He is currently on my oval of G scale track pulling two troublesome trucks, a blue open wagon and the Spiteful Brake Van. He runs great and I can’t wait to get Diesel from my hometown of Hamburg, New York at Artcraft Toy Trains where Diesel is currently on preorder. They’re just waiting for him to ship out. Oh yes it’s gonna be a great Christmas this year!
All I need is Gordon, Edward, and Oliver.

These look fantastic! The detail on both engines is incredibly impressive. Hope to see more engines join the Large Scale range in the future. I'd pay a ridiculous amount of money for a Large Scale Edward...
Would I? You’re damn right I would! I just got Paxton recently. I work at a Hobby store where we sell electric locomotives in HO, N, O and G scale. I’m the managing sales representative of the train section of the store. My job was also able to get me Paxton and when I finally opened him up I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. My eyes lit up with wonder and I was like my gosh what I wouldn’t give for Edward to be made in this scale. Trust me if Bachmann ever makes Edward in G scale, you can bet I’d be one of many to purchase him!
Can you make Spencer next please? as another idea in the future?
