- Whiskey can vary from barrel to barrel but there are some brands that consistently do a fantastic job with single barrels. Here are some of my favorites.
You know what's awesome about whiskey, we can sip the same thing and have completely different experiences, just like with food. Agree on the store picks! I have four Knob Creek picks and one local store pick really stood out and I bought three bottles! I only have one full bottle left and the store owner wanted to trade to get it back for himself! I told him it would cost him a Russell’s Rickhouse CN F and he just smiled! Cheers

I totally agree with your list and I have so many 13 to 15 year Knob Creek Sib. Some of the best bourbon out there for the price. One of my favorite single barrels that I’m enjoying right now is Huling Station 8 year Sib bourbon. Which is MGP juice and so solid.

Great list! Really enjoying your videos, just subscribed! Bowman is really nice, Russell’s is awesome, E Williams in California is a great low proof pour! Old Soul never seen, JD select is really a nice pour! J D squat bottles are all great! Knob Creek is great, I have four different picks and all are great! First McKenna was terrible second bottle has been really nice so I’m going back to the same store to see if they have more of the same bottle! Four Roses is always a solid choice look for a six or higher on the label for upper floor and better flavor! New Riff I have is really nice. Haven’t had any Still Austin yet. Bardstown is usually really nice! For me I always say buy and try and I might not be here tomorrow so drink them if you like them! Cheers!

I have a similar connection to disliking Jim beam white label, and your jack story and not liking it. But ever since I tried Knob Creek I'm going down their other products. But yeah reg 9yr is something will always be on my shelf.

Old knob creek high proof are 💥👍😉 old soul and Evan Williams are good picks. Don't know why they watered down the aged K.C. 🤔 4 roses are bringing out different mash bills to pick from , getting hard to keep track of them and I'm a Big Fan 👍😉🥃
