Think of blue cheese when you eat stinky tofu. Its basically a similar idea, except one is made from fermenting milk solids and one is made from fermenting tofu. It is an acquired taste. However different street vendors make it differently so maybe this version didn't taste so good. There is also different types of stinky tofu and personally i prefer the puffier versions because they have a nice crunch when friend and have a nice fluffy center. In China, the best tasting places usually have massive lines :D

stinky toufu is fried and is actually good. But the fermented amaranth stem is really bad. My mom steamed it with rice once separately, but it smelled so awful that I refused to eat the rice.

Alan says he never went to a place that the temperature fluctuates up and down in a few days...I don't think he has counted Scotland, where I've experienced 4 seasons in 1 round of golf! He must have got lucky and was indoors when it happened.

I am guessing your digital payment is linked to your bank card, so it's a hit and miss, probably the authentication problem on the bank card side. If you are using Chinese bank, that's another story. Chinese block chain tech is very advanced, which is why the local digital payment works in a blink of an eye.

You are in Guangxi. You can go to Guilin in Guangxi. Guilin, located in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, is a world-famous scenic tourist city and a famous historical and cultural city. It is one of the ethnic minority settlements in China and has beautiful natural scenery.😀

If there is a problem with the use of Alipay, you can recharge the balance into the inside, rather than through the card, which is a large probability to solve the problem.

The food is freshly mad,if you don't want it, it can't sell it to other guests, so it's free for you. Seeing that you can go to the next booth to pay, you should go back and pay the money to the family. It's not a good look at you guys. Business is not easy. Think of others.

It’s because the womans Ali pay was not set up correctly and it doesn’t allow foreigners to pay for items and are not food/drinks or goods.
It happens about 10% of the time, going back to the Lady wouldnt have made any difference
