I played thru whole trilogy and this was the only tomb that I found unnecessary difficult. Tombs are some of the most fun you can have in these games but it stops being fun when you need two college degrees and family member who happens to be archeologist to complete it.
Update: I had to get a masters degree to leave this fucking place

Out of all 3 games, this is the very first puzzle I had to throw in the towel and look up how to do it. Super annoyed.
Plus my Lara got glitched and wouldn't stop saying "need to make a path to mirror 1" even if I was already at mirror 1.
Same thing happened to me. I got so annoyed and I really didn't want to search it down but in the end after a couple hours I really just couldn't... 😤

The most annoying part for me: just before entering the tomb I'd found a note (or a statue, don't remember) with hints to solve the upcoming mirror puzzle. I said "cool, I'll read the hints from the inventory later"... except, after 20 minutes of looking through that weirdly organized mess, the hints were nowhere to be found, so here I am
I hate checking youtube for the games... but I was stuck for like 3 hours and lost my mind. Thank you!
I feel so damn stupid now because I didn’t realize the second mirror was supposed to be pointed toward the back pillar on the far right (I kept pointing it toward the central platform and wondering if there was a ledge somewhere I wasn’t seeing).
I hate that it was something so dumb that made me break my general principle of not referring to guides for my first run, but still, you have my thanks.
Finished the puzzle and spent a fair bit time figuring out how to get out, I thought there was a 2nd puzzle that you had to light all the green crystals for the middle part and that would open a door on the far left side.. Realizing that the way out is already "open", I was so sure that there had to be a secret that you unlocked when you did the nonexistent 2nd puzzle!! Dammit.
same, i thought there must be something to that turning center light, i think the puzzle was not fully designed or finished.

The messed up part about that is that I tried that and I was failing, however, something told me to stick with it.
I am playing, “One With The Jungle,” difficultly so I don’t have any of the markers indicating where to jump but I think I’ve become pretty good at being able to detect where those ledges are.
Something told me that I should’ve been a little bit more persistent.
But thank you anyway you saved frustration and wasted time.

The fact it took me longer to get out. And I had to look up how to get out. And still didnt figure how to get out.
I got out
5:40 this simple step went over my head. I spent like 30min going back and forth between the the mirrors until I figured it out. Playing on the hardest difficulty also made it more challenging.
By far that hardest tomb in the Trilogy. Thanks a lot for this.

Dumbest Tomb in the game. Unnecessarily hard....all for a minor boost in gathering crafting resources.
you're not supposed to play them for the skills you receive

the point is to explore and solve the puzzles. the skills are just extras
@@kmlkmljkl I play them for the puzzle aspect because it's what I imagine an explorer like Lara would be facing in such a situation & also for the beautiful level designs.
an explorer like Lara doesn't exist in the world we have explored 99.9 percent of the world ffs. Puzzles like this also have never existed in any culture lmao
To get out, go to the corridor between mirrors 2 & 4. Go to the right and you can climb out.
Thank you. Your tutorial is 8 min. Long and 3 of them are just getting to the location I swear I've been working on it for an hour and a half.
I thought you had to activate the 3 crystals in the middle and move to move the big beam at the top and direct it towards where the treasure crystal is at. Thought it would unlock some secret or something.
I messed this right up and spent more time putting it back to how it was (so I could use this guide) than I did in solving it! Thank you for helping us out with this

Figured it out, I had to reload my game than everything worked perfectly like yours, thank you. This was fifth glitch in the game so far very fustrated
Yeah this game is so buggy. They should have took more time to polish it. The only reason I'm still playing is because the gameplay is so good.
Is that why the semifinal tower with the green light stays in the wrong position ? I can’t pass this puzzle even if I follow your video exactly.
I figured it out on my own but wanted to come here to see what the comments said since I spent about and hour or so trying to figure out what to do. This one was hard and I nearly looked it up for the answer a couple times but stuck with it.

The little side hallway there's a breakable wall or something i think you might look up to see if i remember
@@feraldog5590 yes, or something :). Go out the small corridor on the left side and turn immediately to your right...jump up over the sticks lining the wall and you're free.

Took me like an hour(maybe more) but I actually did this one on my own. I must’ve been the right amount of high 😂 now looking up a tutorial for another puzzle but not surprised to see how many views this one has
I actually managed this one on my own so I'm here to read about everybody else's frustrations. LOL.
I actually couldn't figure out another tomb (the one with fire and wind) so this one was actually easy to me by comparison because it was somewhat logical.

i spent way to much time until figured all that out. Just came to see how other people made it and to see the coments if other people had problems figureing that out haha. It took me about 45 minutes to solve this puzle but I wanted to do it alone without any help from yt. I told to myself "cmooon the devolopers cant be smarter than me" so I have to solve it. I even thought at some point the game is glitching or something is not working properly cuz it was that hard, but yeah I made it eventually yaaaay!!!
God this one annoyed tf out of me, even worse knowing i had it, but the far out mirror that’s worthless was pointing at something wrong leading me to waste even more time. thanks for the help

Lol. I finished the game. I solved every single tomb on my own on the very first go! Didn't need walkthroughs. This one though was very challenging. Took me a while but I did it on my own. Loved every bit of it!

In case anyone gets trapped in this tomb on the "bottom floor" like I did (I let go of the climbable wall in here, and now I can't get out), head toward the spoked door to where the puzzle begins, and crawl underneath.
Then face the first light to the first beam to climb on. Face the second beam to the second light.
There is a hallway to your left. Jump twice against the wall on the right in front of the fire statue to exit the tomb.
I somehow raised lowered the platform so that there is no clear path to for the beam to hit the 2nd target. Is anyone else in my situation? Please help. Legit 42% way through the game and I'm just about to restart. ):

Thanks. The worst tomb when you jump in a glitch on mirror 3 when jumping trough the bridge without moving. I could play the game again. And this tomb was to difficult so I need to cheat it and look here for guide to find the way. And I succeed finally this. The glitch happened when I press 2 x on jumping and I forgot to turn that bridge. No possible to get out also not with reload checkpoint so it this happens you can do the game again. Not so funny when you are on 38.2% that’s a lot. But I never experienced a glitch and getting stuck in a single player. It’s crazy and very annoying. When that happened 2023

Thanks. The puzzle were way too tough even set on easy. I like a good challenge. I did all the puzzles myself in GOW, but these were impossible without youtube I was stuck for days in this one.
after seeing these comments am i the only one who didn't mind this tomb and dealt with it fine? ngl tho, my issue was figuring out if the center platform opened all the doors when raised all the way lol. seeing so many closed doors gave me that assumption

Funnily enough, I looked up this guide AFTER completing the puzzle... I don't know how, but I somehow missed the fact I had completed the puzzle, made me laugh quite a bit when I realised. I guess I thought the puzzle was more complex than it is.
