Hi, I've tried this on one tablet and worked perfectly. However, I'm attempting to do the same on a different tablet and I can't seem to find the "Mail" option on the HiCare platform. Is there any other way I can access it? Sadly, no suggestions are dropped when there are no matching results in search

Have somebody get pass this step yet? I tried many combinations to get the Gmail icon but it only appears an "update version" option. I click on it and then I tried the share button but says no apps to share 🥺

Excellent did work for me except I had hard time in Huawei care to get email, so I clicked on share button on right top, share with email and finally had the Gmail link I could long press on it then perform the whole thing like you show! Works perfectly 👍

Took about 20-30 attempts to get the exclamation mark to show up on the connect to internet step. But worked out great in the end, thank you for this guide :)

Hello. Still ask me for allow location phone ... without that go directly out from that and you must start one more time with reading more (after that red info in WiFi conection). And if I all allow what wanna than when I put to search bar aaa than I don't have nothing there

Worked for my Mediapad M5 (BAH2-L09)
I couldn’t get past the red explanation mark as it would not come up. I restarted the device. Forgot the network and did it again. It worked this time

I had that too and selected the support app version update which then on next screen had the sharing icon in top right. Selected that and I get email option and was able to continue as per video with that. Hope that made sense.

so 2022 they removed the "learn more" lol. i am looking at other ways now. im looking into the fastboot way which are all Indian sellers, i did contact two different software that does the same thing, need a password to flash the frp lock off with their software. so as it now this is probably the only way. also there is another way is shorting the pins on the mainboard, i did that for xiaomi before and was the only way i am not sure if the frp can use the shorting pin method, maybe only just good for huawei account lock. i been bypassing lots of phones no problem but today i stuck on this old device lol. i am also looking into downgrade firmware to see can get the "learn more" back
there is still a way that worked for me, but it's a bit complicated, because you have to log in to your huawei account, feel free to reply if you still need help

I don't think this method works anymore 😭 right at the beginning when you click the red exclamation mark, it now asks you to unlock the device first

I had to open the menu in top right corner to get gmail option (triple dot menu) as I had not the option after seraching for "aaa"

Guys, I found a solution. If you can't find Gmail after searching "aaa" just search for the hotline number somewhere in this app, save it and add a random e-mail to it. Click on the added e-mail and there you go

what do you mean "whatever network you're connected to, just forget it"? i was connected to the only one i could connect with having the password. then i only get the unable to connect-box, never the red box where i can select "help".

Yes and no. I did manage to remember the google account that my mom used for the device so we we were able to unlock the tablet but the procedure in this video didn’t work for me.

this model need to access to Hotline and add that hotline number to a new contact
type a contact name with email then finish. after that press and hold at email , gmail icon will show up and follow all step in video to reset

I had the same issue. I installed the "quickshortcutmaker apk" form an sd card like in this video: czcams.com/video/IZw8qDos_q0/video.html. Then I managed to get into the settings and followed the instructions from this video (settings reset and factory reset). Worked flawlessly.
