Ripe Plantain Cake. You can’t imagine its unique & delicious taste.

Ingredients
2 large or 1 1/4 cups of blended plantains
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1/2 cup Melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/4 cup buttermilk
Bake at 325F for the first 10 minutes then at 350F for 15-20 minutes or toll a toothpick comes our clean.
