Why do they allow scooters to be going through where there are so mny people trying to walk through.I don't see how scooer riders get by with every traffic law there is .if there are any.

Scooters / Motorcycles are more aware of those shoppers but beware of those vendors pushing the 2-wheeler carts with metallic edges as they can clip your ankles, since they can't see in front due to the goods that they are carrying.
