Nah pretty sure circle deadzone is the default for dualshock 4. Theres a dude that kinda pioneered all the data when it came to what piece of equipment performa the best under certain settings. His name was Rocket Science. I recommend him to any player new to Rocket League. Not sure if he still tests stuff for the game tho I havent checked him out since Covid lol

But honestly you should use what is best for you, depending on how you hold the controller or how big your hands are. I have big hands, but I dislike the xbox controller bc its bulky, and I find ps5 controller just as bulky. I also hold it higher out of habit bc I press R2 and L2 with my index (pointer) finger. But thats just me.

He uses a Dualshock 4. Circle deadzone is default. Square can be used by using the program DS4 Windows on PC.
I have tested the deadzones with and without ds4 windows through Bakkas mode plugin and it shows cross with both...thx for your reply tho...
