It'd be relatively easy to make. Just have some of the Dialog options play the sound clip of him, and have the model be a Glowing one, with the AI of any regular companion.

Why do Feral Ghouls attack Hancock? I thought Feral Ghouls left normal Ghouls alone?
Mazzatti They do, but I think they only attack him cuz he attacks then while with the Sole Survivor. Either that or Bethesda forgot their own rules in the years between Fallout 3 and 4
I agree with insanegames, but I don't think Bethesda forgot their own lore. I'm pretty sure Ghouls work in the way a human does. Attack a friendly NPC, they go hostile. Same with ghouls. If a regular ghoul attacks a feral ghoul, that feral ghoul attacks the regular ghoul.
In fallout 3 if you attacked a feral ghoul in the ghoul mask that would attack you, i think ots because the ghouls attack the sole surviver whoch hancock responds by attacking the ghouls which makes them hostil towards hancock, unless you have thw ghoul perk and hancock as you companion
Because Bethesda. That is always the answer when something in one of their games doesn't make sense.
