Minshew's a good backup but he's a turnover machine just his fumbles alone are bad but he throws picks too. This is the best Raider roster since the early 2000s and the team is built to win now all we need is a QB who can run the offense without turning the ball over and make the correct reads and get the ball out on time. AOC has a good arm and throws with accuracy but we don't know if he has it upstairs yet, they didn't ask him to do much last year besides not lose games. If they can ask him to just win some games this year we might have something. To ask Minshew to start is silly he's just a placeholder to keep us competitive if AOC doesn't pan out, why would you pull for that?
This guy has plenty of potential. Can read defenses real well, can scramble. He can improvise. He's still not totally stress tested in the pro league. Draft rating. A-
