This video is a Minecraft 1.8.9 Skyblock video where I talk about why the HYPERION isn't necessary! This video is a Hypixel Skyblock video, Hypixel video or Skyblock video and is similar to a Wynncraft video. This video is NOT a Minecraft Bedwars or a Hypixel Bedwars video. - Hry
you do need a hyperion to do 90% of the lategame / endgame content, you need it due to the speed it gives when doing those things.
Technically you can get 1 trillion cookies by clicking with your mouse but if you have a bunch of passive cookie machines you will reach it a lot faster
Also a 11 minute run pre f7 changes is equal to a 17 minute run after the changes meaning that in order for you to drop a handle (using wiki rates) means it will take you 19000 minutes or 316 hours or 13,2 days of running f7 to drop a handle. 8 minute runs with a decent party with hyperions are very possible which with the same rates would mean that it would take "only" 9000 minutes or 148 hours or 6.17 days of running f7 to drop a handle.
Also hyperions speed up enderman bosses by about 40% or kuudra bosses by a lot or make mastermode possible to survive without getting 1 tapped or are the only way to kill flares at a somewhat fast speed or are the quickest way to kill the crimson isle mini bosses or are the fastest way to kill fishing mobs or are the way well you get the point.
A hyperion isnt mandatory to play the game but is needed if you want to progress into the late or endgame parts of the game.
Next time don't lie to your inexperienced audience members =D
skyblock is a game with bad game design the only way you will ever get good at it is if you play for 12 hours a day.

Enderman can easily be done with an endstone sword/pigman sword and atomsplit with final destination with 50-60 bosses easily still
you can kill fishing mobs with Midas staff or spirit sceptre or melee setups if you slime hat before you start fishing
in master mode yes I kinda agree but also wither cloak and ice spray wand/gyro does 90% of the heavy lifting + if you're using baby yeti you will have a ton more defence if using terminator
It's definitely not needed to get into the endgame at all, yes it speeds everything up and is still very useful for healing but Gab's points in this video are still correct and he is not 'lying' to his audience. He's just stating an opinion that he has, the audience doesn't have to listen to it.

@@lilsisgay He is wrong because of the amount of time it saves, without a hyperion everything takes so much longer or is so much more painfull that it becomes mandatory in a grindy game like skyblock.
@@lilsisgay it takes 6 extra days to drop a handle that is the math i did for you if you want to know why its necessary do the math yourself for all the other things it speeds up, I wouldnt be surprised if its over 40 days of time which the items single handedly saves. You saying this is irrelevant is wrong unless you consider wasting 40 days of your life nothing because tons of people would kill for those extra 40.
I've never heard a sane person say they enjoy powder mining.

how did you do the skin thing with the allay?
having good weapons (hype) usually means u have skill. also hype is very versatile and its the best healing/ ehp item(dmg reduction) and its a crazy dmg weapon. most armor upgrades tbh is for street creds
I'd say having a hype is more about having way too much free time and dedication.
Because at least for like a mid game dungeon setup you would have to have skill ah flipping to get that in a reasonable amount of time
Meanwhile hyp out here costing over a billion coins now or smth it just means that you've been gemstone mining for way too long, or you market manipulated, of you got hard rng carried
@@meepilee7991 Not really, as he said in the video if you just play for fun you can make quite a bit of money and you're not really doing something mindless for unreasonably amounts of time. You're just having fun. Having hyp might just mean you're actually having fun

Why does it happen when I powder grind the chests just wont spawn for about 5 minutes straight, or the chests spawns 5 times in a row. I have 92% chest spawn Great Explorer and I need help
The way I see about saving items like Diana items until the price goes up is, if u sold them right now and actively used the money to flip, etc. u can easily make way more money than if u had just waited for the price to go up. Now the problem with that is actually finding the motivation to want to flip and play as much as u need to to make the money, whereas u donât have to do anything when waiting for prices to go up
This is true, but when you already have enough money to flip and do what you want it could be a good idea to hold onto them passively
Not quite, if you waited and did an even better money making method than flipping, you're going to make a lot of coin and you won't have to sell them early. Meaning even more profit

Tbf for mm u rlly do need a necron blade to help u survive. Without its rlly difficult. Also to do dungeons fast u rlly need either a term or hype

You don't neccesarily need a Hyperion for most things, but advicing against buying one would just be misleading. It's a great overall weapon and when you can afford it, you should go for it.
Almost positive I didn't once advise AGAINST buying one, this was more of a "you can still be good enough without a hyperion" video.

Hyp is fun tho and itâs EXTREMELY hard to make progress without it but it also very hard to get. I quit sb (kinda, Iâll still log it collect minions every few weeks) You technically donât NEED a Hyperion but itâs very helpful and itâs very fun to use and when you get it you will probably think the grind was worth it

Nah itâs not that people without hype arenât good, itâs the fact that 90% of people with hype have a good cata lvl. You didnât beat f7 in superior with juju because of teamwork, you got cata lvl carried. Teamwork helps yes but only really during phase 2.
When f7 just released the only gear we had was necromancer lord or shadow assassin. Flower of truth spirit scepter and giantâs sword and we still grinded for handles with that gear. So and way lower cata level. Nowadays the gear people use (juju/term, more acceries, equipment) is stronger but they lack the motivation to grind catacombs xp.
@@swaghenk6661 while yes that is true, when f7 first released, the people playing it had MUCH higher skills and still a decent cata level from playing f6. Gear helps a lot, but because of my cata lvl (which is only 30) I can solo f5 with a whale pet and young dragon armor. Skills and cata lvl are really all that matters

To many of the sweaty players a large part about sweating is so that they can shit on noobs. Its a massive drug to be toxic to new players

Hyperion is used in dungeon ( arch alr is better), in crimson isle for some money methods but if you have gemstones is not worth, and in kuudras but you can easily get another weapon, then it can be used for healing, but you can use a wand of atonement and a florid zombie.
no single item does it all, and arch isn't nearly as good as hype name on f7, it is better in master mode tho

there's no point in buying a hyperion unless you have at least 4.5k intelligence in the first place anyways, you'll just run out of mana before you kill anything
it's good burst damage, but there are better options (more mana-efficient) like fire veil or voodoo doll
9:46 however i'd say spirit sceptre is absolute garbage, it deals like 150k dmg with 4.5k mana and implosion belt + 1 ability consumes 100 mana with sheep + ult wise, so basically you have to spend like 2k mana to kill a mob with 3m hp and it regens slowly as crap, unless maybe you get a soul whip with mana steal, maybe it could do something, but i'd say fire veil is way better, but you'll still struggle since you have no healing this way and defusing mana bombs will suck without an archer
