28:00 the alert not going off is either something in your Twitch settings or something in whatever platform you use for alerts (stream elements, stream labs, etc). I've seen alerts on 1 to 2 raiders in a 500 viewer stream before. It's something about your own settings for sure. Ask Amr to turn it off
