Summary points of the Khutbah (best to listen to the whole lecture) 1. Never leave the Salaah 2. Keep a relationship with The Masaajid - 18:52 3. Keep making Tawbah - 29:50 - Cure for bad addictions is Dua. Make Dua especially in sujood. You may fall into the sins repeatedly but still, continue to make Dua. - Read the book called "spiritual disease and its cure". It can be found on the internet. - Every time you fall into the sins, get up and make wudu and perform 2 rakaat of Salaah. - If you do fall into the sins, write down the sins that you fell into and also write down their causes. Knowing what fhe causes are could help you avoid them. - The Prophet (A.S) used to seek forgiveness 70 times (according to at least 1 narration). - Keep your tounge moist with the rememberance of ALLAAH (S.W) 4. Keep a relationship with the Qur'aan - 40:47 5. We have to seek knowledge - 41:42
