I was brought up in bangalore and now I live in Hyderabad.... This place really has made me relive the aithentic dosa and idli krom karnataka
Firstly impressed with Ravi anna words and one fine day I planned along with my family, iam happy that I got car parking just opposite side of this taaza kitchen and when I enter this place I felt very pleasent atmosphere with homely ambience and watching what other people are eating there and I surprised to see majority of the people are having dosa over there and then I walked towards the menu and in my first visit itself I tried all their menu by sharing with my family, we are completely satisfied with their food and in a mean while iam happy to see a person who is having some basic responsibility towards environment. Bcoz I have seen a board stating we don't sell water and we provide purified water for free.
Being a environmental engineer iam happy to see that and I'll always recommend this place for others

Very much hygienic and very much reasonable rates, they provide food. They have a separate sterilization room for the plates, spoons and all stainless steel vessels using by the customers. I never seen before anywhere. Amazing.

Nice !! this is how a Business should think...!! keep costs low to benefit customers pocket, always provide utmost quality to customers money.. so that they can get the best bang for their buck... and concentrate on bulk sales at the same time not compromising the quality to keep prices down and business profitable..!! the owner is a smart guy... my only advice is to try keep changing items or rotating them such that people dont get bored ...

This place is peaceful and very very hygienic. Prices are too reasonable. I have seen them filtering boiled milk for mixing it in coffee decoction. The dosa tasted pleasant and it is different from the regular dosas from the ones i had at other places. Best maintenance. Thanks to StreetByte for showing me this place. I visited the taaza kitchen,it's really taaza , yummy, hygiene and I enjoyed every bite of brkf served in the taaza kitchen.its simply superb.
Ah idly use chesina plate.. they inspired from Brahmins coffee bar hotel in Bangalore. They use same mint chutney.. overall Karnataka use that type chutney only.. nice video bro.. Inka Inka veg videos chey.. good luck

Bangalore has many such type hotels, seems to be a counterfeit of bglr technology, the menu in major items including chutney is a replica of brahmins coffee bar of Bangalore, and your coffee machine & coffee beans are from Bangalore, the same coffee brand of 100ml is available for Rs 12 in bglr malleswaram branch, as seen in your video...
