Ruth and Richard Lemmer are the owners of Howling Success Panama, which is situated between David and Boquete on the 105 towards Potrerillos in the District of Chiriqui in Panama.
Howling Success Panama, was founded by Kristine Berg in 2010. She has been devoted to dogs since 1977. In 2020 she decided to return to the United States, and Ruth and Richard then acquired the property, along with the Howling Success Panama Boarding Facility.
Howling Success Panama offers both kenneled, and cage free boarding, although 90% of the dogs roam freely throughout the day, both within the house, as well as in the outside gardens. The dogs will also be found lounging and sleeping inside the house.
